Totalna porażka zakończona interwencją policji aby odzyskać nasz bagaż.
☺Podobała się nam lokalizacja. Zależało nam na sprawnym połączeniu pociągiem z centrum Lizbony
☹Podejście właścicielki. Nawet nie nieuprzejmość, a zwykłe chamstwo. Aby odzyskać swoje rzeczy pozostawione w pokoju musieliśmy wezwać Policję. Kompletny brak zrozumienia sytuacji, która była niezawiniona przez nas - błąd w systemie rezerwacyjnym spowodował, że właścicielka zablokowała nam elektroniczny dostęp do obiektu i tylko dzięki interwencji wezwanej przez nas policji udało się odzyskać nasz bagaż. Pomimo tego że cały czas byliśmy spokojni i staraliśmy się wytłumaczyć nieporozumienie, właścicielka nawet w obecności policji podnosiła głos, krzyczała na nas i ogólnie była nadzwyczaj chamska. Ostatecznie zostaliśmy pozbawieni noclegu i z 8 - latkiem musieliśmy szukać nowego pokoju w środku nocy.
Radzę poczytać odpowiedzi właścicielki na negatywne komentarze. Jej sposób formułowania wypowiedzi dobitnie świadczy o tym jaką jest osobą. Nie chciałbym nigdy mieć do czynienia z kimś takim.

Retaliation. You think you are right after all? A room for 2 and brings 3 persons. You are not humble and you are a big opportunist. That’s all I have to say. If I were in your position I would be humble. You are the one who was wrong so if you were polite and not arrogant as you were, maybe I would have found you a solution. Booking.com said you just reserved for 2 that’s why they didn’t help you! Since 13h you knew you couldn’t stay so it was in the middle of the night because you just arrived that time. The lodge and the room as a legal capacity. This has a not banana s republic policy. There are rules as in all places that work well, I suppose! You think you can cheat us…Who in the hell would pay a room for 3 and resign to stay in a room with just one small couple bed?

Una bella casa accogliente
☺La struttura aveva tutti i confort, era pulita e molto accogliente , in casa c'era tutto non mancava nulla, addirittura la mattina c'era il caffè offerto dalla casa, arredata bene e molto carina, a pochi passi dalla casa c'è la stazione della metro, ed è molto facile spostarsi e andare in centro, lo staff è molto educato e cordiale ed e super disponibile vi consiglio di andare
☹La casa viene condivisa con altre persone, l'ultimo giorno sono stata svegliata dal vicino di stanza che parlava ad alta voce facendo rumori e non preoccupandosi che in casa c'erano altre persone, ma questo non è colpa della struttura.

☺Bello y cómodo apartamento, con excelente ubicación....a dos minutos caminando está el tren con la linea que te lleva en dos paradas al centro de Lisboa y en dirección contraria a Sintra, que es de lo mejor por visitar. Al lado el restaurante O Panças, que también lo recomiendo 1000% igual que la estancia

Atende bem para estadias curtas
☺Sala e cozinha integradas, bem espaçosas e bem equipadas.
☹O cheiro do produto usado para lavar roupas muito forte. Os quartos não estavam bem ventilados, o que gerou odor de umidade, depois com a ventilação, melhorou. As janelas dão direto na rua. Hall de entrada do edifício, tinha goteira o que não gerou uma boa sensação. Num dos quartos não havia aquecedor, nem cobertor.
