Tri is incredible. He is so patient and accommodating. I absolutely loved my hair and make up and it lasted the whole day through rain and tears and dancing without needing a touch up. On top of that he and his team were incredible with my brides maids and mothers. Everyone felt like a million bucks and they looked absolutely stunning. Thanks Tri! I could not ask for a better professional to look after the most important day of our lives.

I would never do a makeup class with anyone besides Tri. I was nervous coming in and worried about whether I would get enough attention for my needs as the class isn’t 1-1 especially with the price, but my expectations were absolutely exceeded- so worth the investment, and you feel like it is 1-1 with Tri’s expertise and care.
Tri made me so comfortable and at ease, with a fun and enriching experience. He showed me he had read through my wants and needs (you can fill a form talking about what you want to learn/occasion you want to have a look for before class), and gave me so much individual attention and personalised advice according to the brief and my facial features. We even went overtime as he went through my makeup bag and taught me which colors and products best suited my skin tone and type.
The class starts off with him demo-ing on half your face and you do the other half, however he comes up to you individually to makes sure to you know how to apply for your face and about the products for your occasion. My classmate and I had different t briefs and I could see how much care he put into both of us, and that we were not given the same advice- it’s super tailored and personalised. There’s also time to try out different products and brands- Tri has so many! And he can give advice on this at the end, with your budget and personality into account.
Then a quick snack break with cute cookies and chocolates, and Tri helped me take some gorgeous photos.
Finally, you wipe it all off and you do your whole face by yourself again. To recap what you’ve learnt. He stays in another section to make sure you test your memory during this part, but is always there to help you out if you need! Then he evaluates how you did and tells you how to improve if needed.You leave with some gifts too, loved my gifts!
Overall- so worth the money, I learnt so much from this class that I could not learn from YouTube. Such a world class experience and fun calming environment, and an amazing and kind teacher in Tri. I feel so confident now, armed with so much knowledge and got so many compliments on my photos already, cannot wait to wear this look out! Highly recommend for those wanting to enrich their skills, learn what’s best for them with tailored expert advice- you cannot get this from YouTube. I would not do a makeup class with anyone else besides Tri.
For reference too- I asked for a daily makeup look and to learn basics and the best technique, colors etc for my eye shape.

The hair and make up are the very last ones to be ticked off in a bride’s to-do list, and yet, arguably the most important. Undoubtedly the best destination for bridal makeup in Sydney! We recently engaged Tri and the team for hair and makeup for a relatively large wedding party of 8 people. They generously offered the use of their spacious CBD studio space.
On the day, they went above and beyond to ensure everybody felt comfortable and we had great vibes in the studio, despite starting very early at 6:30 am. The SBH Team were hands-down masters at their craft as they were able to accommodate many different style requests -from soft glam to a more editorial look. All 8 members of the bridal party essentially requested something different, but were all extremely happy with the results.
10/10 would recommend SBH for your wedding and special occasions makeup needs!
