Sol Space classes are so good I have become a regular! I love the different style classes that are offered so you can pick and choose which ones suit you most (and eventually try all of them). SOL Space classes are beginner friendly but also adjustable if you need less/more, everyone is at different levels. Amanda and AJ are amazing teachers and will make you feel so welcome and supported, I definitely recommend giving them a go :)

The best and most supportive dance environment you can imagine. AJ and Amanda has helped me improve so much and they are both so passionate about what they do and hypes us all up to the max <3 So grateful for this safe space.

Sol Space holds a dear place in my heart!! Amanda has created a beautiful space for anyone and everyone to shine. The aura Amanda and AJ bring to make us all feel so empowered and confident is unmatched. I highly recommend checking them out if you’re wanting to get into dance. They offer a variety of different styles to appease to all!!

The BEST dance company experience i’ve ever had. It’s such a safe and welcoming space, the girls who run it are so warm and bright (major sunshine energy) and it’s a guaranteed good time no matter who you are, what you look like, what level of dance you’re at… it’s a place to call home

I absolutely adore Sol Space. It has become such an integral part of who I am and being able to meet such incredible people from all walks of life is such a privilege. The dances are always fun way to get a bit of cardio in while feeling amazing about your body. I have met lifelong friends through Sol and love love love the classes

Amanda and AJ really know what they’re talking about. Great for beginners whether or not you’ve danced in heels and for people dancing for ages! Super friendly vibes, great variety of classes and songs and a non judgemental zone
