I want to take a moment to praise the amazing work being done at Solorzano Law. This was my first time ever dealing with lawyers, and I was extremely nervous going into the process.
I was unfortunately involved in a rear-end car accident that was not my fault and was referred to Solorzano Law. From the start, I spoke with Attorney Jeremy and explained my situation, including how the insurance company was trying to pressure me into settling quickly. He did not agree with the way they were handling things and immediately stepped in to protect my best interests. Taking my case turned out to be the best decision I could have made.
The firm ensured I received the proper care by referring me to a chiropractor and arranging all the necessary tests to make sure I recovered correctly. Throughout the process, Lisset was the person I interacted with the most, and she was incredibly kind, attentive, and always on top of my case. Every time I called, she knew exactly who I was and what was happening, which made a stressful situation so much easier.
Once I completed my treatment, all my information was gathered and passed along to Janelle, who fought hard on my behalf and achieved the best possible outcome.
Overall, I am extremely happy and grateful for this entire team. If I ever find myself in another situation like this (hopefully not), I know exactly who I will call. Thank you all for the outstanding work you do!
Janelle and her team are PHENOMENAL! In a world where people forget to call you back or where you have to consistently call to be "kept in the loop" Jeremy, Janelle, and Reina are NOT that- THANK GOD! I REALLY love and APPRECIATE how Janelle would ALWAYS ask how my baby was doing and that she is a wife and mother as well so her compassion and genuine concern comes for my family and I stems from the heart of a woman who gets it- not just a great attorney.
