From the beginning, we completed the physical installation as agreed, and the work was done to code and inspected on our end. The delay in finalizing the permit was not due to lack of effort or follow-through, but rather due to load calculation discrepancies required by the City.

Your electrical panel is rated at 100 amps, and based on the City’s requirements, the total calculated load exceeded the allowable capacity (approximately 135 amps). Because of this, the City would not approve the permit under the existing conditions. We made multiple attempts to explain this and discuss possible solutions, including adjustments or upgrades needed to move forward.

We have also been attempting to contact you since January to review these findings and discuss next steps, but unfortunately have not been able to reach you.

We understand this process can be frustrating, especially when it involves factors outside of direct installation. However, permitting approval ultimately depends on compliance with City regulations, which we are required to follow as a licensed contractor.

We genuinely value all of our clients and take pride in maintaining a high standard of service, as reflected in our long history of 5-star reviews. We remain open and willing to assist in resolving this matter if you would like to move forward.
