Reached him by phone at 2:30pm on Easter Monday holiday after much frustrations with another well-know tax preparation service. Within an hour of providing my mom's documents, Sakib completed her tax return, forwarded to me for review and filed electronically! Professional and great communicator. So thankful to have found Sakib, as the process of filing taxes can be so stressful and Sakib made it easy!
