Kate and Maeve are a dynamic duo who make you feel welcomed as soon as you arrive. It was a real treat to be guided around some hidden and high-end cocktail bars, making friends and learning about the history of gin from across the globe. It was the perfect combination of facts, fun and booze. Highly recommend!

We had the best time on the Gin Journey in Soho! Kate and Maeve were absolutely incredible hosts, so charismatic, knowledgeable, funny and full of personality. They made the whole experience feel so fun, relaxed and genuinely special. We visited some really cool spots around Soho, each with its own character, and loved discovering new places while trying amazing gin. Kate and Maeve brought so much energy to the experience and made it feel effortless, with brilliant stories, great recommendations and plenty of laughs along the way. It was the perfect mix of fantastic drinks, hidden gems and amazing company. You can tell how much passion they have for what they do, and they really made the experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for a fun, unique experience in London, I couldn’t recommend the Gin Journey enough!🍸✨

Kate and Maeve provided an incredible experience, which I would highly recommend to any gin lover, cocktail fan or someone who simply wishes to discover the coolest, most hidden-away bars of Soho. Not only did I get to sample some delicious cocktails and gin samples but I came away with a lot of knowledge, spanning back hundreds of years! Fascinating, fun and engaging.

Got this Gin journey as a present. Did one about 5 years ago and loved it. It is still a great thing to do. Kate was friendly and knowledgeable. She made everyone feel at ease. The venues we went to were very welcoming and of course the gins were excellent. Would definitely recommend doing this at least once such a fun evening.

Lee from The Gin Journey did a private tasting for our WI group with a welcome G&T and then 3 further gin tastings. The gin choices went down very well, both the alcoholic and non alcoholic versions. Lee's knowledge and humour made a fun evening and the facts along the way about the "fever tree" and "limeys" all made sense when you think about it. We would definitely recommend an evening or afternoon with Gin Journey UK. A fantastic night was had by all 🍸

Great afternoon, AGAIN! Thank you Kate, it was a pleasure. We did one of the very first Liverpool Gin Journey's many years ago and loved it that much we have done several more. I even booked it out for a gang of friends for my 50th Birthday. What is special about this lovely bar crawl? You get to go to some hidden gems in the city centre that you didn't even realise were there. You get to hear all about the show cased drink, we have done the Gin numerous times and Tequila last week. Lots of fascinating facts and figures, history and it's connection to the city. You won't remember them all so fine to do it more than once :) Kate, in particular, (but we have never been disappointed by a guide) is absolutely passionate about what she is doing and takes you with her all the way on the journey. You get to meet some lovely new friends, the group is small enough to give you a chance to chat and we are encouraged to talk to each other without it feeling awkward and uncomfortable. This last trip was a birthday gift to me from my bestie, loved every minute xx

My friend and I did the gin journey in Soho last weekend with Kate, what a great way to spend a Saturday! She is so fun, warm and knowledgable. She takes you to hidden gems, tells colourful anecdotes about the history of the bevvy you are drinking and streets around you. Who knew history could be a lorra lorra laughs 😂 After 4 delicious cocktails I only wish I could remember it all- Will just have to book again! :) highly recommend!

We did our summer party with Gin Journey UK. We did the Margarita tour with Maeve. Maeve was excellent and was very informative and a lot of fun. We tasted Tequila and mezcal, which I had never heard of before this tour. All in all kept the staff very happy and everyone had a great time.

This was so much more than a margarita tasting — it truly was a journey. Every venue we visited was full of history, with stories behind each stop that made the experience feel really special. Kate’s knowledge of tequila was mind blowing, and she kept us entertained from beginning to end. I came away having learned so much, but it never felt like a lesson — it was just a brilliant, fun day out 😂 I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for something a bit different: great drinks, amazing stories, and a fun way to learn more about tequila. I will probably be on the next one 😂

We did the margarita journey and every venue was well thought through. The first venue was very educational and set the scene. The second had excellent food and just as good drinks which was unexpected. The final venue delivered really good drinks. Kate was an excellent host - really passionate and engaging. Having done multiple journeys with them (gin, tequila, margarita), I’d highly recommend all types!
