We have done 2 tours in Italy with Soleto Travel and they were outstanding! Omar ensures that all details are looked after, from being picked up at the airport, transportation between cities, and ongoing communication to check-in and address any issues. The tours are detailed and full of history, hospitality and fantastic food. We did the Taste of Salento - Authentic Culinary Experience and the Tuscany Local Living tours. Both were "off the beaten path" and so amazing. We would not likely have visited these areas on our own but got to experience these little gems solely because Soleto Travel created such wonderful tours. We will keep exploring Italy!

Two friends and I spent a week in Malta and Gozo and arranged a private tour through Omar. It was fabulous! The best part was our lovely tour guide, Charmaine, a Maltese native and expert in the history and culture of this unique island. From the neolithic temples to the Knights of St. John and through to World War II, Charmaine knew the history and had a contagious enthusiasm. She is also a gifted story teller. The hotels were all clean and comfortable, particularly the cozy B&B on Gozo. All breakfasts were included as well as several lunches and dinners. Our drivers, Jonathan and Kenneth were all professional, drove clean, comfortable vehicles, and were very knowledgeable. We learned a lot, had a blast and made friends. If you are an art or history lover (or an art history lover!) Malta deserves at least a week and Soleto Travel provides a top notch tour. It was very affordable as well.

My wife and I had a recent Italian and Malta holiday and Soleto Travel through Omar arranged the Malta accommodation and private car transport and day trip arrangements. A week in mid Sept of convenience with airport and hotel pick up, day tours with guides to see all the beautiful Malta highlights, a country with such a rich history. Safe driver and informative guides along with excellent accommodation at Hotel Juliani, Spinola Bay. Omar also arranged for a pick up in Pisa, visit and lunch in Lucca and car transfer to Florence. Highly recommend Soleto Travel & Omar for excellent and prompt communication and tour arrangement services.

When our tour guide canceled at the last minute, Soleto Travel saved the day! Our private tour of Hagar Qim temples was an amazing experience. Our guide, Emilio, shared not only the history but also kept things lighthearted with interesting facts. I would 100% book again with Solteto Travel.

We just finished the Taste of Salento tour yesterday and find ourselves missing our new family. The stay at Emilio’s Masseria was truly an authentic Italian real life experience. My husband was born in Calabria arriving in America at age 10 and I have travelled extensively throughout Italy so we feel that we are qualified to give an honest review. From the first day, Emilio greeted us with his gracious, accommodating personality and made it clear that his goal was to make us feel like family. The meals that Emilio prepared at breakfast and dinner were exceptional and he shared his recipes upon request. Clara, his wife, and their 4 beautiful children, along with his parents and brother all became a part of our stay. This is a tour to totally relax, enjoy the local color and visit incredible sites. Puglia is a hidden treasure and shouldn’t be overlooked. Grazie Emilio for one of the best experiences and for making us feel like family. Jackie & Peter

Wonderful Tour in Salento ! We took the Taste of Solento Authentic Culinary Cuisine Experience and enjoyed it very much. From our arrival at the airport Antonio made us feel welcomed and we were well received at the farm. Emilio and his family made us feel as we were part of the family. The 7 day tour is very personalized and Emilio et al go out of their way to take care of our every need The accommodations are great and the meals prepared by Emilio are very good I would recommend it very highly I must add also that Omar from Soleto Travel was also very helpful and answered our questions in a very quick time Thank you to Emilio and his family and Omar for making this a very enjoyable experience brian

A unique travel experience We thoroughly enjoyed the Taste of Salento followed by the Discover Matera tour. Booking these tours was easy and trouble free with Omar responding to all my questions quickly and efficiently. Our time on the Masseria was fabulous. Emilio and Clara along with Antonia and Michele are amazing hosts. They are all wonderful people who are genuinely wanting your holiday to be the best it can be. They are all passionate about their part of the world and keen to help you discover it's beauty and rich history. Emilio cooked us delicious breakfasts and evening meals each day, and explained each dish and answered our million questions! Huge thanks to you all. It's a holiday we'll never forget. We spent 3 nights in Matera. What an amazing place. Our guide, Cosimo, was fantastic. Also very passionate and knowledgeable about his home. The accommodation at Le Dodici Lune was unique and all the include food and wine experiences were fantastic. We highly recommend these tours to travellers who like something a bit different to organised bus tours. We saw all the sights in Puglia but felt we were travelling with friends not a tour guide. Many thanks to everyone. We loved it!

We had a great experience with Soleto Travel from booking right through to our tours. We booked 2 tours in Malta and both were full days filled with lots of information and great times. Our tour guide on both days was Denis and our driver Jonathan. They were amazing. The knowledge Denis has on the history is just amazing. As it was a private tour Denis was able to take us to places that he knew we would appreciate and a little off the tourist track. Thank you for a great two days and showing us so much of this beautiful country. We would definately recommend Soleto tours and Denis.
