Scheduled with this company to bid a job for a client. We agreed on a date and time and he no call and no showed the appointment. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled another appointment with homeowner chalking up the first missed appointment as a honest mistake. The second appointment was a no show no call as well. Tried to call several times even leaving messages and no return calls. This is a whole house hardwood refinish project. I am glad to find out early that Solcan hardwood floors is a non reliable company. I am however not happy that through this company's negligence, I look poorly to my client. I hope this saves someone the trouble with dealing with a irresponsible and unprofessional contractor.

They did an excellent job of refinishing my old top nail floors and replacing boards that blended in really well with my existing ones. They set the nails so they would stop popping up and tearing my socks or stabbing my feet. They used a finish that would help fill the holes and the gaps. They were kind, quick, communicative, punctual, and easy to work with. Their pricing was competitive and I felt like I could trust them with access to my place while I worked. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or refer them to anyone else I know looking for flooring refinishing.

We had Solcan Hardwood Floors come over and refinish the oak hardwood entryway floors in our 37-year old house that were pretty badly scratched and fading. Luke was extremely responsive to my initial request and provided an estimate that was very reasonable. He and his brother, George, were able to come out within a few days to complete the work. They were both easy to work with, professional & very thorough. The floors look brand new and we love them! Thank you guys!
