Very pleased I found Solaskirt. The price was reasonable. No scaffolding needed.
Arlo, the fitter, was excellent. Arrived on time. Used a rope & counterweight to get to my roof. New skirting fitted to my panels and old chicken wire etc. taken away. Great job, Arlo, thank you.

Great experience from start to finish. Richard explained everything and sent me more pictures of the installation with the exact tiles that I have, as I was unsure how it would look on those tiles. The guy who did the installation on both roofs (Adam I think, sorry if I got that wrong) using ropes and harness was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Very happy with the look and would highly recommend.

The most cost effective pigeon proofing solution for my installation and by far the most superior for its aesthetic appeal. My installer (Peter) was thoroughly professional throughout and clearly exceptionally competent in working at height and from ropes.
I would recommend SolaSkirt without any hesitation.
Adam and Steve were extremely polite greeting us with a handshake. They were very professional in their approach explaining clearly what they were going to do and the reasons for a small change necessary to accommodate a sky light. They were quick, efficient and cleared up well when they finished. The whole experience from start to finish when dealing with Richard over the internet and phone could not have been better. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting efficient service when looking to install pigeon proofing on solar panels.

The response to our initial enquiry was efficient and informative, offering 3 options to suit our budget. The installer, Piotr was very friendly and worked extremely hard in very hot weather. The completed installation looks great and our solar panels are now well protected from pigeons and other birds.

When my neighbour suggested Solaskirt I was not convinced to proceed at first. I'm so pleased that I changed my mind! To install this mesh without the need for scaffolding reduces the cost substantially. Although the team didn't arrive at the time suggested when they did arrive, they were courteous, informative and professional. They also carried out a few extras for me! I would 100% recommend the company and the product they use.

When the first pigeon-proofing mesh I had installed by another supplier failed after only a few years, I decided to look for something far more substantial. SolaSkirt looked exactly the job. Not only is it much more pleasing on the eye, but it also appeared far stronger and better designed than standard mesh systems.
My fitter, Lee, arrived on time and quickly showed me the issue with the previous installation. The plastic clips holding the mesh had failed, causing it to fall down and let the pigeons back in — much to the annoyance of my son, whose bedroom is directly below!
Lee removed the old mesh efficiently and installed the new system in no time. I was extremely impressed with both his work ethic and his friendly, professional attitude. He also showed me the much more substantial metal clips used with the SolaSkirt system, which immediately gave me confidence that this installation will last.
Looking back, I only wish I’d known more before purchasing the original system — you live and learn. I can confidently recommend this product over anything else I’ve seen, and if you get Lee as your fitter, you’re in very good hands.

Thanks Andrew. Unfortunately we do get a lot of call outs to fix failed pigeon proofing systems. Mesh systems that haven't been fitted properly, plastic clips under pressure that fail after a few years from UV exposure, plastic fingers that become detached from the panel and lots of other issues.
