We were having issues with pigeons roosting under our solar panels. Richard gave some great guidance and we settled for an aluminium skirt to be fitted around the solar panels. The installer arrived promptly and worked efficiently and now we have no home to house the pigeons, although they are still prospecting, although I am sure they will get bored with us and find another suitable home.

The dogs danglies. Very happy to have evicted the interlopers (pigeons) under our solar panels. Efficient process from the off with a virtual chat with Richard, sharing of images of our roof, quote in minutes. Set an installation date around our holiday. Adam and Steve turned up as arranged, rapidly undertook the works. Adam explained the breeding cycle of pigeons and the learning they will undertake to not squat on our roof again. Extremely pleased with the work, the product and lack of pigeons waking Mrs P. We are so impressed with SolaSkirt we are having a storage battery installed by their sister company, Titan Eco, shortly. Same high standards in effect. Highly recommend.

The panels look great, and already seem to be doing the job… the pigeons already seem to have got the hint within a few days.

Adam attended and was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Explained exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. I decided to go with Titan Eco for the SolaSkirt for my 18 panels as we have been having problems with pigeons. They did a great job, Warwick (the installer) worked proficiently on the job, and with the rope access (no scaffolding) he did the job safely with minimal disruption. He also managed to straighten one of our wonky panels, and secure a couple of loose slates tiles which was greatly appreciated. He advised that it might take up to 3 weeks for the pigeons to learn they can no longer nest on our roof, but we can already notice significantly less pigeons and excrement and it’s only been a few days since the installation. The SolarSkirt also looks far better than the bird mesh / wire too. Would definitely recommend Titan Eco / SolarSkirt. Included are before and after photos.

Neat Fit
We have a big pigeon problem in our neighbourhood: constant noise, droppings, and nests under the solar panels. We’d already spent money fixing wiring twice and cleaning up the mess. After seeing our neighbours install SolaSkirt, we decided to try it. Unlike the usual messy nets or spikes, it fits neatly around the panels so you barely notice it. It has stopped the pigeons there’s less noise & mess. The only small downside is that installation took a bit longer than expected, but overall we’re really pleased with the result.

Tom was brilliant! The installation was a challenge due not only to it being his first solo install, but the gable angle made the job much more technical than a straight forwards install. He worked really hard and came back the next morning to finish off, remaining polite, professional and explaining as he went. All tidied up well afterwards. A job really well done. I would recommend to anyone.

Very easy process from initial quote to completion.
Pigeons were nesting under the solar panels and we had seen solid skirts on other installations so we decided to get them fitted.
Tom was very good and the finished panels look excellent. He had all the necessary safety equipment and scaffolding was not needed.

Fitter Lee arrived when stated, carried out the work efficiently and explained what he was going to do. The work was completed without incident and the finished product looks neat and tidy. Would recommend this company to anyone with pigeon issues. We now have some very confused pigeons sitting on our roof with no access under our panels. Result!

We contacted Solar skirt after reading the splendid reviews. The work was carried out within one week from the first email to finish. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and Tom who completed the work who was very polite, friendly, conscientious and worked in a very organised manor a great asset to the company. Tom kept us informed during the process of installation.We are now free from pigeons and in the future if any problems arise with our system will not hesitate to return to Solar skirt.

Following an infestation of pigeons nesting under our PV panels we have now installed SolaSkirt and, as well as successfully evicting the pigeons, we feel that the roof is now more visually appealing.
The installation, which included cleaning the panels and clearing out the gutters, took approximately 4 hours.
The installer, Dean, arrived promptly when expected and carried out the work very professionally indeed. Dean is a climber in his spare time and arrived with ropes and all the appropriate safety gear to carry out the work without the need for scaffolding. He took very particular care both with the fixing of the aluminium skirt but also made sure that all debris and any packaging was carefully removed from the roof and adjoining flat surfaces. He was very pleasant to have around and extremely helpful throughout his visit.
We would very much recommend SolaSkirt to anyone who has pigeons nesting under their PV panels!
