Rob worked in with us around our roof restoration and installed all the brackets and cabling then returned after the roof restoration to complete the install. Install is very neat and Rob continues to help with after sales service while we have had issues with our wifi and disconnecting from the inverter. OUR fault, but Rob continues to help. Highly recommend if you're looking for honest and quality work, and local! also handled all our paper work for us. Cheers SolarEze!!

I had obtained several quotes from solar installers to get a broader perspective of what is involved to install a system that would meet our needs. Bills were reviewed and various options were presented for a system that would benefit.
I spoke with Jen from SolarEZE multiple times and I knew, I had made the right choice. One thing was clear, Jen always went above and beyond to assist and answer all questions and configured several options for us to decide. There was never any pressure from Jen and always made us feel comfortable when asking questions. From start to finish Jen's professional approach and knowledge was exemplary.
Solar Eze installed a 13.3kw system on our home. We also decided to have a 12.8 kW battery installed. Rob and his team had it installed the same day. He explained how the system works and installed the app to monitor production.
My neighbour asked if I was happy with the system and SolarEZE, and after explaining the process they have recently upgraded their old system and are very happy.

I recently had a 13.2 kw solar system installed by Solar EZE, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire process,. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.
Jen, the sale consultant, was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and patient, explaining all the details about the system, different panel options, and the best solution for my energy needs. Jen was always available for questions and offered sound advice, which made me confident in my decision.
The installation team, led by Rob, was equally impressive. The crew was professional, efficient, and worked seamlessly to get the system installed. They took great care with the installation, ensuring everything was perfectly set up and clean. Rob kept me in the loop throughout the process, answering any questions I had, and I really appreciated the attention to detail.
Tha system itself consists of 440W Jinko panels, known for their reliability and high efficiency, paired with a 19.2 KW battery, which should easily handle my energy needs, even during the night or cloudy days. Since installation on the 8th October, I’ve noticed a notable reduction in my electricity bills. The performance has been excellent, and I’ve already seen a significant increase in solar production.

This installation was a result of existing system beginning to fail and investigating possible options to repair / replace. The old system had more that paid for itself so all options were considered.
Jen made the whole quote process very easy and was able to answer all my questions. Discussed several options before settling on the installation. The quote was very competitive with others installers (was lowest).
Rob and guys arrived at the agreed time and date and were straight into the job - this was a complete strip down of the old system and installation of a new. They even took the time to remove all the old satellite dishes from years past.
Had the whole job completed before lunch time - all rubbished removed and property left clean.
This was the second installation that I have been involved in with this company and have been very happy both times - would recommend / use again.

After a few attempts of gathering information together over the past 12 months and getting frustrated that I was constantly being told that this system is the best because of "insert marketing pitch here", I was so pleasantly refreshed by Jen at SolarEZE. After a 10 minutes conversation, she understood what I was after and sent me through a quote, no sales pitch, no we are better because everyone else is not up to standard, just a willingness to put up a great product at a decent price and stand by what they were offering. A quick follow up call once the quote arrived to clarify a couple of questions and we moved forward with a date in a couple of week for install.
On the day of install, Rob and the team was onsite and ready to go at 7am, and had installed 20kw by 10:30am. They also made sure they had collected every last piece of rubbish around the house, leaving no sign they had been there other than a shiny new system on the roof.

Wow this is the second time I have used Rob for my solar installation and as usual he is a bloody legend. He never fails to deliver a quality product on time and on budget.
Being a fully qualified electrician helps any problems are sorted straight away without any drama.No subcontractors in Robs gang.
Just a great team of guys that love what they do. From the gutter guards that they use so their ladders don’t damage your gutters to the after sales service these guys are the true professionals in Solar installation.
All at a very reasonable price.
