James at Adax is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the heater range. He was always happy to offer helpful advice. When one of my heaters failed under its five-year warranty, he immediately arranged a replacement, which arrived the next day. Excellent service throughout.

I can say in all honesty, that the customer service I received from Solaire Heating Products has been outstanding, the best I have ever experienced. I would strongly recommend people to check their site, buy with confidence. I will always check to see if my needs can be satisfied by Solaire Heating ad if so, look no further. The company uses a very bad delivery service, for that alone I would never order from them again and save myself a headache. I initially ordered 2 radiators and they of course delivered one on one day and the second one on a different day. No updates. Just left them outside. One of the 2 radiators just died suddenly 2 months in. Luckily the company said they will send me a new one (thus 2 stars instead of 1). First "update" about the delivery time was a 6am email and then ten minutes later drop off of the electric radiator. I was not there (due to lack of any update on timing) so they just left it. Outside. At the building entrance. In the rain!! AND they also sent me the WRONG size radiator, a much smaller one than I purchased. So too small for the room. They claimed they did not know what size to send?! Despite the fact they only sent it based on my previous order, to replace the faulty one they sent me. I guess they didn't think of checking/reading my order. Or even asking me despite 10 emails back and forth. I will update if they die again soon and how that will be resolved.

Hi Tanja. I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We have to use couriers to cover the UK next day. I have seen it myself, expectations are high but it is more often than not frustrating. If we could deliver ourselves we would for sure. This was compounded by a picking error in the warehouse, sorry.
Don’t worry about the products, we have sold so many without issue. If something goes wrong we will fix it.

Excellent service, ordered the 2kw adax wall heater for our conservatory, I ordered the heater on 18/02/25 at around 11:00am, delivered around midday on 19/02/25, fitted in just over 30 minutes (I took my time) and it's up and running now. 5 star service from solaire heating and also APC the delivery service.

After a lot of searching for a decent towel rail I found this company. I ordered an Alpine Chrome | Dual Fuel Towel Rail with Thermostat, Timer + WiFi Control - 1200. Which arrived very quickly and was well packed. From the moment I opened the box I could tell it was a lovely pice of kit all metal parts not a single pice of plastic even the wall fixings were metal and of a high standard. It was a joy to fit and no leaks (so far two weeks) the electric element which is smart controlled works with the Tuya smart app which I use with other devices. All our towels fit easily as the spaces between the bars are perfect. It seems like very good investment.

Very pleased with product, look smart and work well, easy to control and program on app. One radiator unfortunately stopped working recently and the customer service has been outstanding.
