A friend told me about this company when my family member was at the end of his battle with lung cancer. I didn’t know what to do or where to start, I was just lost. God must have sent this hospice team to us-- they were nothing shy of true angels who walked beside our family and helped us find peace. If you're looking for a hospice company, look no further!

Big red flag!! In fact, HUGE. Intake coordinator was rude and nasty immediately from the start. Other staff kind and amazing. but it was hard to get past go in a situation when we really needed support. I am sorry to say that I would not recommend this place.

Solace Hospice is absolutely amazing! We love having them in our facility. Their focus on person-centered care truly sets them apart. Nurses Michelle and Sarah are phenomenal—attentive, kind, and deeply compassionate. The care aides are just as wonderful. Vicki, the liaison, is fantastic and always on top of everything. And Lauren, the owner, is truly dedicated and caring. I can’t say enough good things about their team. We’re so grateful for the outstanding support they provide.

Solace was my choice of hospice care and I cannot say enough good things about them. They explained the process to me from beginning to end. I had their cell phone numbers in case I had questions or if I was concerned. They showed up to tend to my father and he enjoyed spending time with them. They seem to delight in him, seemed tickled to spend time with him, which is more than I could’ve hoped for. As we got closer to the end, they were in constant contact with me to see if I needed anything and/or to explain anything that was going on. When my dad passed, their chaplain was present with me until Nurse Ellen, who I was so close to, arrived. Absolutely top-notch. No one else comes close.

From the first phone call to Solace, every nurse and staff member we encountered brought a calming presence, professional skill, wnd commitment to making sure my dear friend was comfortable. There is not enough space to write all of the wonderful things that I want to say about this place. I believe they must hire everybody from the same wonderful place because from top to bottom the love the care the attention to detail and the attitude that they exhibit is overwhelming. Hospice is used in a pretty sad time in peoples lives and this place has a lot of unique things that no other hospice company offers. I hope you’re lucky enough to have your love ones with them if you ever have the need

There are not enough words to describe the gratitude we have for Solace Hospice Care. My Mom's nurse, Nathan, was a treasure. We were always informed of her current status throughout her time with Solace. They showed my Mom so much love, care and respect while she resided at Park Place. The staff for both companies worked in synch to provide Mom with the absolute best care! The calls I personally received from the Social Worker and Pastor was greatly appreciated and always welcomed! We highly recommend Solace Hospice Care to anyone who is looking for hospice care.

No one wants to find hospice help but I was lucky enough to be referred to Lauren and staff!! Amazing, caring, helpful people when theres times you cant figure out which way is up. Lauren, Julie, and Greg were fantastic and always willing to answer any questions they could or would do work to find the answers. Wonderful people to have in our life at what is no doubt one of the hardest times of our lives. So thankful for them!
