Bought a couch online months ago. Everytime we call for an update they claim the couch is “defective” and they have to make a new batch? It’s sketchy and inconsistent and we still have not received our couch. Terrible service would not recommend.

My Togo sofa showed up today and I couldn’t be happier. The craftsmanship feels solid, the comfort is exactly what I was expecting, and it looks even better in person. I was also surprised by how quickly it arrived—custom pieces usually take ages, but this was smooth and fast. Definitely worth it and highly recommended!

BEWARE!! I ordered the Ducaroy Fireside chair in leather (Bisque) on 12/14. I received an order confirmation with a 4 week delivery date. I reached out to the company on 1/12 because I had received no communication and/or the chair. I was told it was tracking to be delivered by the end of February "at the latest" and I would be receiving a tracking number shortly. I reached out AGAIN to the company on 2/26/26. I could not get a customer service representative on the phone, so I ended up in an online chat regarding the product. I was told it would "probably arrive sometime in late March" by someone named ****. I have asked repeatedly for a tracking number, which I have still not received. I will never order from this company again. I don't care how amazing the chair is, if it even arrives at this point, their customer service communication is horrible...no excuse! Added Bonus - They hit my credit card for the full price on the chair I have still not received when I ordered back in 12/25 :(

Do not trust this company. I spent more than $3K on a sofa set from Sohnne and have been waiting 15 weeks and still no couch. The tracking information they sent me was completely illegible: it was in Chinese with no identifying information (no eta, no destination, no location, no order number). From what I can tell, this item has still yet to be manufactured. I'm so sick of the delay. When I finally asked for a refund, my request was denied. I'm currently in arbitration with the FTC and BBB. ***UPDATE TO ADDRESS SOHNNE'S REPLY*** No one has contacted me. Sohnne's response is completely performative. They continue to deny accountability and complicate the arbitration process with the FTC and BBB. I have no faith that I will ever receive the product that I payed for and/or receive my money back. Stay away from these fraudsters.
