Do not trust this company. Do not trust this company. I spent more than $3K on a sofa set from Sohnne and have been waiting 15 weeks to receive legible tracking information. I was originally sent Chinese language documents with no identifying information (no eta, not destination, no location, no order number). From what I can tell, this item has yet to be manufactured. I'm so sick of the delay. When I finally asked for an order cancelation/refund, my request was denied. I'm currently in arbitration with the FTC and BBB. Avoid this company at all cost.
