I first noticed this furniture merchant last year. At that time, I talked with the customer service online to ask where their showroom was located, and they told me they did not have a showroom yet. This year, according to their official website, they opened a U.S. store in San Francisco. I went to the address listed on their website, which also appears as the same location on Google Maps. However, when I arrived, there did not appear to be any furniture store there—only a closed door with a doorbell. I rang the bell, and a security person opened the door. He asked me, “Are you looking for the furniture store?” I said yes. He then told me that hundreds of people had come there for the same reason, but there was no furniture store at that location at all. Based on this experience, I believe this merchant is acting in a very misleading and possibly malicious way. If a merchant misrepresents something as basic as having a physical store, it raises serious concerns about their product quality, business integrity, and whether the company is legitimate at all.

We never received our items or real tracking information. We spent over 5 thousand dollars and cannot even dispute the credit card charge because it’s been beyond 60 days since the order. This is a true scam company. Buyer beware or you could lose thousands of dollars like we did.

Sohnne is a legitimate made-to-order furniture company. Every piece is handcrafted specifically for you, which is why our production and overseas shipping timelines are longer than standard retail. This is communicated at checkout and in our order confirmation.

That said, I'm genuinely sorry you haven't received your order or satisfactory tracking updates. That's not the experience we want anyone to have, and if our communication fell short, that's on us.

I'd like to resolve this directly. Please email us at sales@sohnne.com with your order number and I'll personally look into the status of your shipment, provide real tracking, and make this right.

Bought a couch online months ago. Everytime we call for an update they claim the couch is “defective” and they have to make a new batch? It’s sketchy and inconsistent and we still have not received our couch. Terrible service would not recommend.

My Togo sofa showed up today and I couldn’t be happier. The craftsmanship feels solid, the comfort is exactly what I was expecting, and it looks even better in person. I was also surprised by how quickly it arrived—custom pieces usually take ages, but this was smooth and fast. Definitely worth it and highly recommended!

BEWARE!! I ordered the Ducaroy Fireside chair in leather (Bisque) on 12/14. I received an order confirmation with a 4 week delivery date. I reached out to the company on 1/12 because I had received no communication and/or the chair. I was told it was tracking to be delivered by the end of February "at the latest" and I would be receiving a tracking number shortly. I reached out AGAIN to the company on 2/26/26. I could not get a customer service representative on the phone, so I ended up in an online chat regarding the product. I was told it would "probably arrive sometime in late March" by someone named ****. I have asked repeatedly for a tracking number, which I have still not received. I will never order from this company again. I don't care how amazing the chair is, if it even arrives at this point, their customer service communication is horrible...no excuse! Added Bonus - They hit my credit card for the full price on the chair I have still not received when I ordered back in 12/25 :(

Do not trust this company. I spent more than $3K on a sofa set from Sohnne and have been waiting 15 weeks and still no couch. The tracking information they sent me was completely illegible: it was in Chinese with no identifying information (no eta, no destination, no location, no order number). From what I can tell, this item has still yet to be manufactured. I'm so sick of the delay. When I finally asked for a refund, my request was denied. I'm currently in arbitration with the FTC and BBB. ***UPDATE TO ADDRESS SOHNNE'S REPLY*** No one has contacted me. Sohnne's response is completely performative. They continue to deny accountability and complicate the arbitration process with the FTC and BBB. I have no faith that I will ever receive the product that I payed for and/or receive my money back. Stay away from these fraudsters.

After looking around at a bunch of stores, I finally found the right one at Sohnne, Mario Bellini Leather Sofa. It arrived well protected in a secure box with reinforced side guards, and everything came in perfect condition. The quality is noticeable right away. Aniline leather feels rich and smooth, and the Capitonné tufting looks really well done. The biggest reason I chose this one is the brass rings. They’re the iconic detail on this style of sofa, and Sohnne actually includes them properly. They feel solid and sturdy, not flimsy. I couldn’t find the same brass ring quality anywhere else, most stores either skip them or use something that feels more like a keychain. The seat depth is around 24 inches, so it’s very comfortable and easy to lounge on. Now my neighbor keeps asking where I bought it… and let’s just say I’m not rushing to share my secret
