They behave in a highly professional, hygienic manner yet manage to appear as though their charge could well be a valued member of their own family. We're very pleased with the service from Medinova. Their personalised nature of care is really appreciated, particularly by my octogenarian father who has quite particular demands. Their staff is friendly, professional and respectful. They don't try to impose their ways on you, but cater to your needs. I'm very impressed with the owner of the company who personally follows up with me and my father to ensure we're happy with the care and if there's anything further they can do. Highly recommended.
