I’m really surprised by these reviews. As someone who tried ordering virtually, the experience was terrible. I sent countless follow-ups, design appointments were missed and never rescheduled, and any communications I did receive were minimal and confusing.
I have little confidence that I’d actually receive a sofa if I placed an order. Such a shame!
I had such an incredible experience with Sofa Studio and truly can’t recommend them enough.
The sofa itself is absolutely amazing — exactly the style, colour, size, and comfort level I had been looking for. The quality is beautiful, and you can tell it’s thoughtfully constructed and made to last. It looks high-end and luxurious, but the pricing is incredibly reasonable for the level of craftsmanship you receive.
Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not measuring my door correctly, and the sofa didn’t fit into my home. It was completely my oversight. What really stood out to me was how the owner handled the situation. Even though the mistake was mine, they were so kind, understanding, and solution-oriented. They arranged and covered someone here in Vancouver to carefully take the sofa apart and reassemble it inside my home — just so I could keep it.
That level of customer care is rare.
They also offer amazing customization options — you can choose different fabrics, adjust cushions, modify the height — and they are so accommodating throughout the process. They genuinely want you to love what you’re bringing into your home.
I will absolutely be purchasing from them again in the future. I highly recommend Sofa Studio to anyone in Canada who is looking for a sofa that looks high-end, feels high-quality, but is priced fairly and affordably. Beautiful product, exceptional service, and truly kind people behind the business.

Our sofa was delivered Dec 2025. We are obsessed. It is perfect in every way. Comfortable and sturdy, lots of support. Perfect fit for our very specific space. Oversized cushions give us lots of space to enjoy as a family. I love sitting here. The fabric is beautiful and modern.
The designing process was made easy by patient and well versed staff at the warehouse. Tons of fabric samples to choose from. Our couch was delivered a week earlier than quoted which was an exciting bonus. The delivery team was quick. Customer service was fantastic.
I shopped for a couch for this spot in my house for over a year. Tried every big box store, searched every furniture website. I could not find anything that fit the space that I was truly in love with. I am so happy I found out about Sofa Studio because they checked every box and were just as budget friendly as shopping at the big box stores. I tell anyone who will listen to shop here. Why buy lesser quality, generic furniture from a big box store, when you can have beautiful, custom and quality made furniture at the same price!

When my spouse first informed me about this company, I honestly thought it was too good to be true, especially with the many raving reviews on Google.
However, after visiting many other retailers and reviewing other so called ‘popular’ and reputable brands, we decided to give Sofa Studio a shot.
Less than 24hrs after we submitted our custom order on the website, we received a call from Sofa Studio to go over our selection.
This was our first interaction with a representative from this amazing company, and it was at this point we became blown away. The person who spoke with us was patient, attentive and provided detailed explanation to aid our selection. They were on the call with us for over an hour and ensured we left the call with more information about our preferences, etc. They also followed up immediately in writing documenting our selections.
Then from the fabric selection process to the delivery of our furniture, the experience remained exceptional. Our situation was peculiar as we had over-estimated our access way (within the house) and the sofa would not fit in, but Sofa Studio on the same day of delivery sent their team to help us transfer the furniture to our desired location in the house. While overall (the process of transferring the furniture was difficult), the team from Sofa Studio did it with such professionalism, dedication and commitment.
In addition, the quality of the furniture has been everything we hoped for and more; and better than everything we saw out there before we decided to go with Sofa Studio.
They also delivered the furniture on the promised date and kept us informed all the way.
If you are shopping for a truly Canadian furniture company, I would strongly recommend Sofa Studio. This company more than deserves all of the exceptional reviews from their customers and I would continue to recommend to my friends and family. They will not only sell you furniture, but will leave you with an unforgettable and remarkable experience.

We are very impressed with our custom made sectional sofa. It is exactly what we wanted, excellent quality fabric, well constructed and really the nicest sofa I've ever the had. I would highly recommend ordering from this company. We drove over an hour to see the showroom, but would just order online in the future. We ordered medium firm foam with the feather wrap. It's perfect! The soft foam is super comfortable too. We picked the wide leg style and u-shaped configuration. It was ready for delivery way faster than expected and was more affordable than similar sofas. We are 100% satisfied!

Had a great experience at Sofa Studio designing a custom couch. They were very nice and helpful without being pushy at all. You can pretty much customize anything you want! Prices seem very reasonable as well.
