The cleaning process was quick and spotless, without leaving any mess in my house. I will definitely book with Socool again for my next AC maintenance.

I was heading to sleep when my room aircon broke down and unable to turn on. Had to endure a hot night without aircon. Immediately contacted socool the next morning and an appointment was arranged for the technicians to come in 2.5 hours. Technicians who came were punctual and able to pinpoint the exact issue of fault. Not sure if their rates are cheaper than others but their service rendered was top-notch. Now I can sleep comfortably at night.

Engaged their service as there was a leakage from my 1.5year old aircon trunking. Two technician came and checking took awhile, the main technician mentioned numerous times that our aircon condensation issue is very serious and that we shouldn’t be setting the auto function as it will spoil the aircon?? (Which is not what we set though.) His advise was to replace the trunking at 1unit $700 and 3unit $1400. Initially I did wanna replace it once and for all and get it settled but my husband did not agree and asked so how can this condensation be prevented and will the same issue recur even after replacing and their answer is “might? We have no idea its hard to say” so what’s the point of replacing it if that is not a solution to it and the same issue might recur. Eventually we engaged another technician recommended by a friend, 10min check and we were told that its was our unit that was very clogged w dirt therefore chemical wash and some through cleaning, $100+ settled and there wasn’t any leakage since then. SO THANKFUL I DID NOT SPEND MY HARD EARN $1400!!
