Did not have a good experience with the company. Spent lots of time gathering documents getting prepped for a home and the agent gave us the run around and pretty much gave us false information. Went through a whole bunch of things in secure the whole bunch of documents to be pre-approved was supposedly pre-approved but when we went to get everything started we found out that we weren't and pretty much had never started anything. This devastated my wife and we decided to go a different route. After spending a great deal of time getting prepared to buy when we connected the agent with the buyer the agent said we didn't have anything put together. This was extremely confusing because we spent so much time and had so many insurances that everything was ready to go we even had messages saying to get everything started. Just to have the agent say we didn't have anything prepared or any place to build and other excuses. I'm glad we got to see this side of the business..
