Joe Zaid and his firm are the best. He and his team did a great job with the accident that I was involved. Joe and his team are very kind and caring. They made sure I was well taken care of and made sure when I came home from rehab I had everything I needed even though I could not afford it. I thank them both for all that they did for me.

EDIT ON DECEMBER 15th for UNLICENSED ATTORNEY: If it required a client to inform you of what your own firm has been doing for months (something that is also reflected in multiple reviews) then there is a serious problem. Shows firm owner is not aware of what is happening in their own firm. As a firm owner you need to make sure your staff, call center, and case managers make it known that they cannot present themselves as an attorney. While you may handle thousands of cases, many of your clients only have one, and it deserves proper attention. This situation demonstrates a lack of oversight, failure to double-check work, disorganization, and overall carelessness. I hired your firm expecting professional representation, not for an unlicensed individual to present themselves as an attorney to third-party insurance companies and most importantly myself, CLIENTS. Clients should be cautious of firms that operate in this manner. This is Houston, and there are many other law firms available that provide competent and ethical representation. Lastly, there was no agreement. UNLICENSED ATTORNEY!! I strongly recommend considering a different firm. Throughout my case, the case manager assigned to me was repeatedly presented as an “attorney,” which I found misleading. Because of this, I am planning to report the issue to the Texas Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL) Committee. I was originally referred to this firm by an employee, but my overall experience has been very disappointing, and there were multiple errors during the handling of my case or as the firm owner says “oversights” It seems to me that the firm might be taking on more cases than it can manage. The owner did not appear to be reviewing the case manager’s work, and whenever I called asking to speak with my attorney, I was consistently transferred to George Zaid. The call center who answers the phone always referred to George Zaid as my attorney. My demand letter was even signed by him with the title of attorney (please see attached) When I looked him up, I could not find any record of him being licensed as an attorney in Texas, nor did I see him listed on the firm’s website. After reading other reviews, it appears I am not the only client who believed he was presented as an attorney. At the end of the day you wouldn’t want a dental assistant to say or present themselves as a dentist.
