I could literally write a book however I will leave it at this. (Full disclosure, my Uncle is an attorney so I do feel I have more to compare this to.) My personal experience of this law firm and the lack of professionalism would definitely lead me to never refer Zaid or Zane to anyone for representation. I would highly recommend finding another attorney. Thankfully on the flip side of this disaster of a law firm, my family knows what it’s like to have a good attorney who actually cares and doesn’t treat you like a number or like you’re the one that caused the car accident, in which they make nearly $60k off your case. I could have literally handled my own case after finding the background of the defendant, that hit us. Get a break down at the end when they show you a “piece of paper” that states everything you were charged for, which only represents numbers. I truly believe, people are just so happy to get a check, they don’t do their research as to how much was taken from them, which then they just leave a 5 star review. Do your homework people. Go anywhere but here!!! Don’t base it off “5 star reviews” as I did to begin with.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Zane and the team has been outstanding. From the very beginning, they’ve shown nothing but professionalism, clear communication, and real dedication to helping me through this process. After dealing with other firms that didn’t meet expectations, this firm has been a refreshing change. I truly feel like I’m in good hands. I’ll update this review once my case is fully resolved, but so far, I couldn’t be more satisfied with their support.

Hola El equipo del Sr Joe Zaid fueron muy respetuosos. Inicialmente la que nos pudo ayudar fue la Sr Alexis y luego el Sr manny se aseguraba de que estuviera presente an mis citas. Honestamente fue bueno el servicio por que todos podían hablar español. Después de mi tratamiento tomó tiempo para presentar el caso. Pero al final el Sr Joe pudo obtenerme la mejor oferta.
