A family friend recommend Joe I. Zaid & Associates. They seemed to have a decent experience; However, I cannot say the same. I reached out after a hit and run accident in which I and another passanger were victims. They immediately took my case, asked for my medical forms from the ER, Insurance information and photos of the injuries/ Accident. After a month or two, they finally set me up with a pharmacy whom only ever prescribed ibuprofen and a chiropractor who had me lay on a table with rollers for 20 minutes a session and then release me. It's been well over a year since I chose to have Joe I. Zaid & Associates represent me and the only call I ever received from the Lawyer who was put on my case was to heavily persuade me for a 5 star review on google. I have initiated every call since to get updates for my case and for the past 7 months, my settlement has been in "reductions" so they can take away "Lawyer and medical fees" from the total monetary amount I was never told of nor had a say in despite being told I would. Would highly recommend any other firm and will only come back here to update the months in which it takes to get my settlement check.
