Exactly what we wanted. Our son wanted to try soccer, so we signed him up for Spring Nanno-soccer with So.Cal. Youth Sports. The small group size gave everyone a chance to practice and play. Our coach, Oliver, was calm, cool, and collected -- imo, that patience helps keep it fun for everyone! Our son tends to be competitive, but we were glad that wasn't the focus here -- it was more encouraging, all about learning the sport, good sportsmanship, teamwork, and having fun. (Bonus for me with Nanno-soccer: one location, no traveling different places every weekend.)

Coach Matt is the best! His patience with the kids is great and he knows exactly how to make them comfortable. At the end of each session you can see how much better our kids have gotten. I took my older son and just started taking my younger one! Highly recommended!

Our family loves SoCal Youth Sports Solutions! Coach Matt uses creative methods and engaging games that are designed to inherently teach real soccer skills. He easily differentiates his lessons to meet the skill level of each student. He is excellent with children, able to correct, give feedback and provide conflict resolution without shame, blame or disapproval. We greatly appreciate his positivity, kindness and humor. It is apparent that he enjoys what he does and his love of soccer transfers onto his students.
