Pros:-
They were able to get our (me and my spouse) work permits approved with a validity of 2 years (the standard is 18 months) even though our case wasn't very strong. We were told I didn't have enough experience and financial resources so the chances of approval were 50-50. Also we didn't have a corporate office address and our business address was my house.
This demonstrates they are very highly skilled in what they do.
Cons:-
They are decent but I am not sure if they are worth the price. They do charge a lot for their services. Also their customer service was not very good which is something I didn't expect from them given they charge a premium price. There were multiple instances of communication gaps.
Also it seems like they are always busy to give you time. Like, there were times when it took them quite a while to respond. Also at the very end after the approval I had some questions and they said they were too busy to schedule a call with me so I should send them my questions over email.
Again, their prices are quite high and all these issues are not expected when you charge your customers such a premium.
