From the moment I met her, she was so friendly, sweet, and positive. She waved at me with the warmth and excitement of seeing an old friend again after a long time, and immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. Olivia is personal, open-minded, funny, kind, and genuinely real. She is the kind of person who cares deeply about other people, whether they are strangers having a difficult day or someone coming to her simply because they need a massage after an exhausting week. What made my experience with Olivia so special was not just the massage itself, but It was the way she made me feel present. Somewhere along the way, I think I had forgotten how to just be a human. I had gotten so used to moving through everyday life like a robot, completing one task and then moving on to the next, without really stopping to appreciate where I was or how I felt. Olivia somehow helped me step back from that. She reminded me to be present and to appreciate the beautiful moments that are happening while we are busy living our lives. She has a warmth about her and a genuine care for people that makes being around her feel refreshing, and safe. I have had other massages, but my experience with Olivia will always stand out because I walked away with more than just a relaxed body, and taller posture. I left feeling a little more comfortable in myself and a little more awake to the life happening around me. Olivia is a miraculous human and a fabulous masseuse.

This was my first time visiting, but I was really having a nagging left side muscle/SI joint issue. I honestly expected a basic massage that *might* help. Kim was beyond amazing. I had never had such a dynamic, targeted massage in my life. Most will just rub the problem area, but she knew all the surrounding musculature and how to use resistance, active muscle engagement to ACTUALLY eliminate the discomfort. I have not felt any discomfort whatsoever (even though I had stretched, taken ibuprofen and used theragun in the days prior to the visit). I am so surprised. Will happily come back to see Kim regularly. Thank you all so much!!!

I really enjoy the atmosphere of the spa. The staff are all very kind. In the past, I have had a massage here and really enjoyed that experience. Today I did a foot soak with a foot, head, shoulders and neck massage. Overall the experience was ok. It was started 5 minutes late and then stopped a few minutes early. The shoulders, neck and head massage was not great unfortunately. I also felt the foot scrub was barely anything and really quick. The foot/leg massage was really good. I just wish I was given the full time. I’m always anxious to speak up about that. For the price I don’t feel I should have too. I will most likely go back, but for a full body massage next time.

I had such a great experience at Soak Spa! The space was beautiful, peaceful, and immediately made me feel relaxed. My massage was wonderful, everything felt very professional, and I really appreciated how comfortable and cared for I felt throughout the appointment. I left feeling noticeably more relaxed and refreshed without ever feeling rushed. Such a lovely experience overall, and I would absolutely recommend Soak Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing massage in Fort Collins. I’ll definitely be back!!

Erica and Cathy are extremely gifted therapists. Highly trained, but more importantly, intuitive and professional. My daughter and I flew in to Fort Collins for a family event, but we were able to book a 60 minute signature massage at Soak Spa. If I lived here, I would certainly become a member and take advantage of more of the services they offer. This would be a wonderful monthly addition to self care routine. The prices are reasonable and the spa is clean and inviting. I enjoyed and felt relaxed in the calm atmosphere. Absolutely not pretentious. Solid 5 🌟 stars

I did a foot soak today for the first time, and had a fabulous experience. Olivia took such great care of me. Last month, I got a blister and, although it was healed, it was still pretty tender, and Olivia was so mindful of that spot and gentle. It was very relaxing and my feet feel very hydrated and soft. I will definitely go again!
