I took an intermediate snowboard lesson with Andy during my first time snowboarding in Niseko, and it was hands down one of the best decisions I made on this trip. Andy is incredibly knowledgeable, explains things in a way that actually clicks and sticks, and somehow makes learning feel effortless and fun at the same time. He didn’t just teach technique. He also acted as an amazing guide to the mountain, showing me where to ride based on conditions and skill level. On top of that, he knows all the best spots to eat, which was such a bonus when you’re new to the area. If you’re snowboarding in Niseko and want to improve while genuinely enjoying yourself, Andy is the instructor you want. I learned so much in one session and left feeling way more confident. Couldn’t recommend him more!

Andy is very experienced, knowledgable and friendly. He will tell us in theory as well as guiding us how to be confident in linking turns. Andy brought us to different places in Hirafu and Hanazono for us to feel comfortable with different slopes! overall, I would recommend him to my family and friends. I have tried many instructors and he is one of the best one! thank you Andy, I hope to see you again!

I had an exceptional experience training with Andy and recommend him with complete confidence. From the very first session, it was clear that he is not only an extremely skilled snowboarder, but also an outstanding instructor who truly understands how to teach.
