I saw APRN Laurie Iliff and so far I am very pleased with the service provided and I was seen extremely quickly. Another doctor I went to in the past dismissed me but I feel like I'm being listened to in this office. Very clean and professional office environment and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
The entire staff was attentive, courteous, and professiomnsal . Dr. Snowden has a fantastic “Bedside Manner”. Asked the correct questions, performed an entire examination, and put me at ease immediately. truly a professional experience.

Dr Snowden has always had an excellent reputation as an ENT here in Jacksonville. I found him to be very thorough in my throat examination. He actually found something else that I was totally unawear of and did a painless biopsy to ensure I stay in good health. I took my Mom, Ruby, to see this new ENT and our appt was on time with the P.A. Laurie and WOW! I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about her. From the moment she walked in to the room, she shook both of our hands and was the sweetest and MOST thorough person EVER!! I felt like my Mom was in the most capable hands. Laurie was considerate of how bad my Mom was feeling and how she was suffering with so much pain in her whole face. She explained all that she was going to do to my mom and explained whether it would be painful or easy and for her to just let her know. My mother NEVER got this kind of empathy from Dr Greene’s office EVER!! Laurie made a plan with us and is sending off labs to find out the type of infection my Mom has before just prescribing an antibiotic that may or may not work for her. The office is no nice and we look forward to working with them to resolve my Mom’s issues, we feel like we are in great hands especially starting with Laurie!! Thank you so much Laurie for your compassion towards my 80 yr old mom!
