4 days after I won and paid $20k ++ seller tells me that the watch sold weeks ago and their colleague forget to remove the eBay listing so they were refunding my money. To compensate for the inconvenience they offered me $250 off of me purchasing something else with them.
Total load of you know what. Even if what they say is true, than how utterly incompetent.

We sincerely apologize for this oversight. The watch had sold locally prior to the eBay purchase and was not removed in time. Once discovered, we immediately issued a full refund. We understand the buyer’s frustration and take full responsibility. We have since strengthened our inventory controls to prevent this from happening again. 2 of the 4 packages I received arrived with Broken Jars and glass everywhere. Packing was poor. I have had 7 other shipments from other sellers who just ship jars as seen in picture without packing and all of these pkg came in with no issue, and UPS/UPSP/FEDEX know that they are shipping glass so they are more careful, Guess I will wash and clean up mess next 2hrs.
I’m so pleased with my new watch and the ease of working with Long Tran. It’s absolutely beautiful. I can’t recommend him enough, you won’t be sorry.

reached out looking to move a luxury watch and he was able to give me a quote within an hour, I shipped out the watch that afternoon, he received it the next day and I was paid. Not much communication after, but deal was done.
