I urgently needed a skip or someone licensed to remove items from my parentsâ house in Walsall for house clearance. After searching around on Saturday afternoon, I couldnât secure a skipâthe earliest availability was Monday or Tuesday. I then started calling around for someone with a van. I tried a few numbers and eventually came across Matthew.
From the moment I called, Matthew was polite and understanding. I explained the situation, sent over some details and a video of what needed removing, and we quickly agreed on a price. Despite it being short notice and a Sunday, Matthew kindly agreed to come out and help.
Matthew and his friend arrived as promised. Nothing was too much trouble for themâthey got straight to work, removed everything efficiently, and left the place tidy. Their attitude and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier.
