Excellent service. Showed up on time and did a great job on the annual service on both units.
Nate did an excellent job in finding the problem and getting it fixed...offered us additional services to help reduce our cost but extended our maintenance service at a reduced rate.

The entire team at SMW are wonderful!!! They work with your schedule and keep you informed. When you are getting the quote ask if there are any 'recommended' adds. We were a little surprised by about $500.00 in adds. Also we asked how long install would take and we were told 5-8 hours, when the installers arrived they said 10-12 hours...it was 10 hours. Not a big deal, but if you have plans just verify. I would 100% recommend them!!!!
My technician David and entire staff were courteous and professional. I was in the loop about the schedule and received an update via phone call and text. Upon arrival Kolton was friendly and totally knowledgeable. SMW Refrigeration and Heating are number one!
SMW is a great business and I’m glad I chose them last year to install my dead AC unit.
Kolten was here to do my fall check and he was efficient and professional, even cleaned up after his climb in the attic. Great people!
