Cannot fault this company one bit. The RAC left us stranded on the way back from wales with 3 children and no way to get home. Straight away, a tow truck and a car was dispatched to come for us at 12 o’clock at night after waiting 5 hours for the RAC to finally say they couldn’t help
Us. Within an hour we were picked up and brought back home and they couldn’t be more helpful. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs towing. Thank you!!

I honestly couldn’t recommend this company more. We had an extremely difficult, time-sensitive towing request over a weekend involving a large van that many recovery companies were unable to accommodate. I contacted 17 different companies before finally finding this one, and they were able to help us at very short notice the same day on the weekend.
They first transported the van to an event so that we could avoid cancelling on our customers, then returned the following day to recover it from the event and take it directly to the repair shop the next day which was a Sunday and is historically very hard for me to find a tow company that can help us those days.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I was kept informed every step of the way. Their willingness to help, reliability, and professionalism genuinely saved our event from being cancelled. We are incredibly grateful and would not hesitate to use them again.

These guys were amazing . When my car had broke down before making me Easter money and go to the garage , these guys helped me to restart my car and clean out the fuel pump . The guy was really helpful and honest and overall I’d give these guys a 10/10 .

Important: Once the vehicle has been jump-started, please do not switch off the engine until you have reached your destination. If the engine is turned off too soon, the battery may not have enough charge to restart the vehicle.
We also recommend driving for an additional few miles before arriving home to allow the alternator more time to recharge the battery.
If the battery continues to lose charge or fails to hold power after this, it is likely that the battery has reached the end of its service life and should be replaced as soon as possible.

The truck arrived and took the bike, me my pillion and all the camping gear back to Runcorn 64 miles away excellent service 👍

He is good guy to be honest he kept asking me what happened to my broken down vehicle and all I liked his attitude as normal person but when he was driving the truck with my vehicle itbwas giving me heart attack a bit as he was driving fast and doing fast manuals as I was following him with another vehicle as I had to talk to garage to get it fixed by actual present there and come back somehow hence I drive 2nd vehicle following him

Hahaha, thank you for your review. Sorry to hear you felt we were driving fast. It's worth noting that modern 3.5-ton Mercedes vans can accelerate and travel quite comfortably at normal road speeds. We were travelling on routes with speed limits ranging from 50mph to 70mph, so what may have seemed fast was likely just keeping pace with the flow of traffic.
We always drive within the law and would not risk speeding, especially in areas monitored by cameras. We were simply travelling at the same speed as the surrounding vehicles.
We were also concerned that you received a fair price for the repairs, as we have had customers who were quoted over £2,000 by garages before seeking a second opinion. We're pleased to hear your vehicle is now fixed, and we wish you all the best with it going forward.
