Great experience with SMP Car Rental! It was my 1st time driving and renting a car in Malaysia for 2days. After much finding and enquiring on different rental company, I took SMP base on client and returned client review. I took the Proton Saga which was spacious enough for my family and driving ard JB.
Car I rented was clean both interior and exterior during handover! Interior smell nice too! I stay quite far from CIQ so I requested for delivery and collection at my doorstep with additional top up which was reasonable. Came on time and communication was efficient.
Clear explanation on Rental and process.
Highly recommended and definitely return to them again if I required rental for my next trip in JB or KL.

Recently rented a perodua axia with them, the service is good and everything is quite fast. The process is smooth and the boss is responsive. Second time renting with them, will definitely come back again!
