I have no complaints about the product. My frustration is the length of time it takes to receive. My last order was placed December 3, 2025 but I just received it today, December 17, 2025 and picked it up at Canada Post, so 15 days it took. Yet the receipt says:
$24.99 via Expedited Shipping (3-5 Business Days)
The quickest it has ever been is 7 days.

They're honestly the best!
Honestly, I don't know what I would do without them. Smokes canada is fast and efficient, they respond you your emails almost instantly at any time of the day/night. They deliver fast and have never given me a wrong order, their selection is amazing! The staff are all so friendly, I just really appreciate their service. I live in calgary and they have never faltered in delivering to me in a timely manner and like I said they truly email back lightning fast!! I order here monthly and it has been awesome each time, they give you recipts right away and tell you exactly when they send them through e-mail I have never had better service with any company in the world I have dealt with in the past. 10 stars if I could!!
