Great service but delivery needs work
I appreciate the variety and resourcefulness offered, but the delivery experience could be improved. The courier service, particularly Purolator, has been frustrating. Living in an apartment, they often leave a note in the lobby instead of delivering to the door, leading to unnecessary inconvenience with multiple attempts or pickups. Improving the choice of couriers would make the service exceptional, and id probably continue this service more often

We have now placed 2 orders and we are very happy with our product. My husband got back wood cigars and he is very happy with them. He remembers them when he was in his 20’s on the boat with his dad smoking them. We have tried to find the kind of smokes we smoke but only could find light now I found them from you guys we will be ordering more. I placed our second order yesterday.
