I need to register my car. Everyone was nice and polite. My original smog had expired so got a temp driving permit. The gentleman that assisted me was knowledgeable and understanding. Definitely going back when I get the issues fixed.

Although there were several people ahead of us Gage was friendly, professional, and very efficient. He explained smog for our Hybrid, direct reporting to the DMV, and readily accepted the coupon we had found online.
Will definitely recommend for people to come here!

Went for a smog today and was very unimpressed with with the attendant. Came across very short and rude, not very pleasant or happy when i was there. Seemed like everything i did or said irritated him. He asked if i would like to do my registration with them and i s aid "No, That's Alright" and he said "yes or No" i said no, the then said use core concise answers next time under his breath but loud enough to hear. s So just myy experience, he could have been having a bad day, i know i have and sometines not been to nice. so hopefully thats all it was.

Terrible service. Waited for 25 min, first in line in the morning, the technician did NOT show up at all. After calling their number was advised that he is running another 30 min late! Ridiculous.
Terrible service, the technician has zero customer service and an attitude simply for asking a question. Makes you feel like you should treat him as royalty. Should have gone to a car wash location where you get treated with respect and get a coupon for a car wash.
