Most people don’t like to come to the dentist, let alone are afraid. But at this location, everyone was so nice and welcoming. I arrived for my appointment, and left with a beautiful gift bag full of oral care goodies as a new patient. The treatment plan options for me were reasonable, and I felt confident, knowing that Dr. A was going to take care of my smile. In addition to my time there, the staff were extremely beautiful so it kept me smiling the entire time. This is the the place for anyone to smile and be smiled back at!

The Woodlands Dental Group and Dr. Arsiwala are fantastic. I had my first visit to their office a couple months ago for an exam and a cleaning. Natalie was my hygienist. She was very kind, patient, and walked me through the appointment step by step. I was back in the office today for a filling replacement. Dr. Arsiwala (Dr. A.) and the hygienist who assisted, Laura, were both lovely and they made sure the appointment was a breeze for me. I had zero pain, zero discomfort, and they kept me informed of each step as they were completing it so I could know when we were almost finished. I am very impressed with this office from what I’ve experienced over the past two visits, and I will continue to see Dr. A. and her awesome staff for my routine dental appointments and for Invisalign treatment as well. My husband and I went to this office to see Dr. A, she is great and her assistants are great. We felt cared for & everyone is friendly with AMAZING bedside manner. However, before receiving services Maddy (I think that’s her name) went over my treatment plan and told me my total & let me know my insurance was going to cover the rest. I was also told I had maxed out my benefits for the year after this visit & advised to come back next year to finish all the work I need done so insurance can cover. Now I am receiving a letter (not an itemized statement btw) in the mail with a balance of $4,000.00 and emails stating Dr. As office is short what “THEY THOUGHT” the insurance was going to pay. That is a lot of money to just THINK the insurance was going to cover. & I emphasize the words thought/think because that’s exactly what they put in the email they sent me. Sounds like a mistake on the offices end to me. I would have understood if my insurance ended up not covering $100-$300 but for them to turn around and tell me I owe them FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. I don’t believe it, I have 2 insurances and something is very fraudulent about it & if it’s not that, a huge mistake was made with their billing department and I am 1000000% dissatisfied and won’t be back. Please note as well this team has yet to contact me on the phone. They only sent a letter in the mail with the total balance & an email.

I was nervous, anxious and scared as only a child could be however, I'm a 70 year old man! Dr.Arsiwala and her assistant Laura were so caring, gentle, and loving that if I had been a child I couldn't have felt more safe!
