What a find! My initial visit to Smile Now completely exceeded my expectations. I appreciate how friendly and accommodating the staff here is and how helpful they are. They took an initial X-ray and immediately displayed it on a large screen for my consultation. A few minutes later I met Dr. Bradle who does the surgery. He clearly explained a strategy for helping me. His skill level and competence was evident. Talking to him was like talking to a friend who had my best interest at heart. We discussed my questions and concerns and I have a clear understanding of how we can resolve and work through my issues together. This was such a great experience as I never expected to leave a Dental office feeling so happy and hopeful!
I could not possibly be happier than I am with Smile Now! I feel better today and healthier than I have for some time. This week was my surgery. Dr Bradle needed to extract all my teeth, both upper and lower. While doing so, he found a serious sinus infection behind two teeth and had to address them using his expertise and competence. After extraction of my teeth he was able to implant the posts and I went home with a full set of teeth that look wonderful! All in a days work, Thank you Smile Now Tri-Cities!

Dr Bradle is so skilled and expressed personal concern in making sure my implants are what I want and adjusting them for a perfect fit. Thank you so very much! I got the final zirconium set yesterday, and what a difference they make. I was able to munch an apple and then was all in for taco-Tuesday. It was so satisfying to eat what I want again. What a find to have this clinic in Tri-Cities. (Thanks to Christen for letting me know we have such high quality care locally available.) This has been the best dental care I’ve ever received. They are very nice made me feel very comfortable and Morgan works really hard to get me finance. I just gotta fix a couple things and I’m sure we’ll get it taken care of and I will be getting my new smile through them. There are a great place and if you’re looking to get your teeth redone fixed, dentures or implants, you should go to them. They are the nicest people ever thank you, Morgan and Smile Now Dentistry staff.

I am happy to say that I am just 4 weeks away from my final set of beautiful new teeth! I could not be happier! The journey has been rewarding, although the healing process took some time. I have almost made it to the finish line. It's been an excellent experience. I would do it again - in a heartbeat💓!

I recently had a dental implant done with Dr. Bradle and he made the entire experience feel so much less scary and stressful. From the very beginning, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and reassured.
What really stood out to me was how attentive and dedicated he is to his patients. After the procedure, he personally stayed in touch and responded immediately whenever I had concerns. I was able to send him pictures of my implant, and he would always reply the same day. That level of care and commitment honestly meant so much to me and made me feel genuinely supported throughout the healing process.
I highly recommend Dr. Bradle to anyone considering dental implants. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and experience I received from him and his team.

I had an implant done with smile now of tri cities. Great job. They were fast and efficient. They respected my time. I never had to wait for my appointments. No fluff. No fake charges. It’s all upfront. I got a consultation and price from a large dental surgeon place in Moses lake. Smile now is exactly half of the cost. The office in Moses lake adds in lots of fake charges that insurance doesn’t cover. After the consultation I felt like I had just been scammed by a used car salesman. After I went to smile now I tried to cancel my appointment with Moses lake clinic and they politely stole $92 of my $100 deposit. Do yourself a favor and use smile now tri cities.

Dr. Bradle is a great surgical dentist. 2 weeks ago I had over 15 teeth extracted (in preparation of upper & lower dentures) and I’ve had No jaw pain at all. No bruising. No sore chapped lips. To me, that’s amazing. And appreciated!
The process leading up to surgery was easy, professional…yet comfortable/personal too. Mike (Office manager) is kind, knowledgeable so able to answer tons of my questions, and thorough in his explanations.
(I’m still in the healing process, so I can’t review on the completed process yet. But so far, definitely 5 stars. Highly recommend Smile Now, West Richland.
