It was a very nice atmosphere, relaxed and everyone was very friendly. Stephanie was very informative she did her job well. She explained most everything for us to decide as to what we would like to do.
Dr. Bradle and his staff have been wonderful. They are all very friendly and do thier job well. I look forward to getting my last set, so far so good. They look great!

What a find! My initial visit to Smile Now completely exceeded my expectations. I appreciate how friendly and accommodating the staff here is and how helpful they are. They took an initial X-ray and immediately displayed it on a large screen for my consultation. A few minutes later I met Dr. Bradle who does the surgery. He clearly explained a strategy for helping me. His skill level and competence was evident. Talking to him was like talking to a friend who had my best interest at heart. We discussed my questions and concerns and I have a clear understanding of how we can resolve and work through my issues together. This was such a great experience as I never expected to leave a Dental office feeling so happy and hopeful!
I could not possibly be happier than I am with Smile Now! I feel better today and healthier than I have for some time. This week was my surgery. Dr Bradle needed to extract all my teeth, both upper and lower. While doing so, he found a serious sinus infection behind two teeth and had to address them using his expertise and competence. After extraction of my teeth he was able to implant the posts and I went home with a full set of teeth that look wonderful! All in a days work, Thank you Smile Now Tri-Cities!

Well, to begin with I wasn’t too sure. The first person that worked with me didn’t give me a lot of the details I go along with this the bruising the soreness I didn’t get explained to it all about that but then my second visit started going really well. It takes a lot to get used to eating and learning how to talk again without whistling When my third visit went even better I was really happy with him The doctor was very self-explanatory. He took his time like he cared about you. The assistance put great effort and to keeping you comfortable and explaining things to you. Then my last visit when I got my new set and I’m all done with them now was a very good experience. I couldn’t be happier with this Smile now, Tri-Cities. The doctor was very good. It was very gentle with your teeth, putting In and out have a very beautiful smile now it’s well worth it to do this if you suffer from bad teeth, you need to give smiles now a call and see what they can do for you. I checked around before I went with them and they seem like to me to be the best places around I went as far as Seattle talking to people, but I went with Smile now, Tri-Cities and the doctor like I said was very informative very helpful very gentle on things he did for you assisting all around great place to visit and I am setting up a schedule cleaning with them and I recommend them for anybody that has bad teeth.
