I am so relieved and happy to have finally completed my long-awaited All-on-Six implant treatment yesterday. I wanted to share my experience:
Initially, I felt quite a bit of anxiety and apprehension about starting the treatment. However, as the process continued—while there were moments of slight discomfort—my expectations grew, and now that I've reached the end, I am extremely satisfied.
The counseling from Dr. Paape and Team Lead Nelly was incredibly helpful, providing me with the confidence and reassurance I needed to begin. I am very satisfied with the Doctor's impeccable surgery. Throughout the treatment journey, I also want to express my gratitude for the sincere and kind assistance provided by Taylor and Elyssa.
Before choosing this facility, I consulted with several other clinics. I ultimately selected this one because of the excellent combination of cost-effectiveness and skill/expertise, and I believe I made a fantastic choice.

Top notch I can’t say enough about this place! well organized, friendly professional all in one place! Dr Paape and his staff are the best.I went in this morning I was home five hours later with teeth in my mouth. And they look pretty damn Awesome. These are just the temp set that they printed and painted in the office BTY my permanent set will be a couple of months down the road after healing. If you are looking at getting dentures you need to see Dr Paape first. I went there thinking I wanted dentures because of price it didn’t take me long to change my mind and I don’t regret it for a second. Thank you! Thank you! nothing but gratitude❤️
I wrote this review after I got my temporary set of teeth. since then I finished with my permanent set for the lower arch & wow absolutely amazing. The whole process was very efficient. It didn’t take nearly as long as I had anticipated. The new teeth look & feel just like real teeth totally Bad Ass!
So I recently went in for another broken tooth at the gum line on my top arch. It was an easy decision to have the top arch done too. I had my surgery today and the temporary arch was placed. No more broken or chipped teeth, root canals, replacement crowns, single implants, dentures down the road you get the picture. I can’t say enough about Soren and his staff they are truly amazing. I would have no hesitation to recommend this place to my best of friends, family or anyone. In closing these are not dentures. These are permanent teeth that I will have for the rest of my life! Top quality very realistic looking Bad Ass teeth I’m absolutely blown away! Thank you so much Smile Now😁❤️

Doctor Pappe is the best there is and has put together an extortionary staff. His clinic is very professional and also has an intimate feel that is warm and welcoming. I've spent the most time with Taylor and she is absolutely fantastic! An expert in her field and very enjoyable to be around. I may have a crush on her!
Very top-notch outfit that shows a lot of pride in what they are doing. I'm a businessman and can spot when folks are at the top of their game, these folks are living it, and it shows!
If you are looking at implants, look no further than Smile Now. I checked with two other outfits before choosing Smile Now, I made the right choice and saved some money too.
One of my concerns going into this was the surgery and getting the implants. No hill for a climber though, two Advil that day and four the next day and I was doing well. My smile was awesome that next day! Being able to eat a steak was fantastic also.
Worth many times the five stars.
My smile is awesome now with my final teeth! The feeling I have with a wonderful smile has added so much to my life. I wish I would have done this several years ago. Don't waste time procrastinating, just do it with Dr. Pappe and staff, like me, you will be grateful you did.

Friendly, understanding staff. They were very helpful in explaining the options available for me. Dental implants are so ridiculously expensive, but that’s not this places fault. I’d like to know whose fault that is though, because I’d like to throw one of my loose teeth at them.
