Had a hygienist appointment with sarah was very nervous after bad experiences with dentists in the past but was made to feel very comfortable.

Can't recommend Sarah and isabel enough.

I had a tooth extraction here today. I've had one extracted years ago at a dentist in Colchester and it was a traumatic experience that took ages, was painful and left me with tooth fragments in my gum afterwards. At this dentist, it was much different. I had Isabel and another lady (Unsure of her name) and they were both absolutely lovely. They were super friendly and professional. The actual extraction took less than a minute and I didn't feel a thing. I suffer with social anxiety and usually feel uncomfortable with people, but I felt so relaxed and shared a few jokes here. I'd definitely return for any future emergency appointments :)

Beautiful surgery, aesthetically, equipment and 100% cleanliness. Impressive: First class care from the initial appointment, friendly kind receptionist, dentist and periodontal specialist Sarah: thorough History taking and dental examination. Follow up appointments with Sarah, absolutely 💯satisfaction. I have never had such thorough and deep clean, delivered with the highest standards of professionalism, competence and care. I was extremely nervous, with periodontal disease in the family and because I needed many injections. Sarah was able to reassure with kindness, competence and give painless local injections and help restore my gum health. It is early stages of treatment yet after only two sessions the results are amazing, gums much less swollen and appearing much healthier. Thankyou so much Sarah, for such high standards administered with absolute professionalism. I only wish I had visited SMILE earlier. Kym

Visited after not being able to get an appointment elsewhere and being in agony. They saw me straight away and got me fixed up. I was so nervous about having a tooth out but they made the experience as best as it could be, and helped keep me calm. I am a very nervous patient and they were amazing in their compassionate approach.

Had a very nice experience at the Smile Dental Clinic. Sarah is so lovely and makes you feel at ease during the appointment. I’ve had hygienist appointments in the past but saw much better results with Sarah. She was very thorough and now my teeth have never looked so clean and I’m very happy. Will definitely be back.

Excellent service and Isabella is superb totally my favourite dentist, knows what’s she is doing and happy with treatment.

I normally hate going to the dentist..... I had a check up at smile Norfolk for the first time in about 7 years with Isabel who made me feel very comfortable as soon as I sat down, lovely person. And today I had the scale and polish with the lovely Sarah and once again made me feel very comfortable along with her sidekick..... would highly recommend smile norfolk thankyou very much guys 👍👍

I had a hygienist appointment with Sarah and she was really friendly. I was very nervous but she was great at making me feel more relaxed and comfortable during my appointment. Sarah was very gentle with my teeth. I am really happy with my experience, my teeth feel amazing now! Thankyou so much😊

Today I visited Sarah for a clean and polish And it was the absolute best! The dentist is a very cute little personal place and very welcoming and friendly. From the moment I arrived I fell at ease. The experience compared to the NHS is 10 out of 10 My teeth feel amazing, and I only had a scalp & polish.

Highly recommend Sarah the hygienist. Sarah was very informative and put me at ease with my dental worries. She made such a difference to my teeth today, I will definitely be rebooking with her in six months time. Thanks again!

Today I went to the Smile Dental Clinic in hopton where I had Sarah work wonders cleaning my teeth I would highly recommend her!!

I haven't been to a dentist in a couple years so I was naturally really nervous to visit the clinic. Meeting first with Isabel, she's such a lovely and soft spoken women who explains things really well to help you understand. Sarah is also such a lovely lady who never fails to make me feel so comfortable sat in the chair. Always asking if I'm okay and telling me I'm doing well. Even the man at the desk as you walk in is so kind and well spoken. I wouldn't reccomend any other clinic. Such a wonderful team of people and such a great service!
