I had an amazing experience at Smile Lounge. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and the office was very clean. Dr. Shahlaie was absolutely amazing. From the moment he started, I did not feel a thing during my tooth extraction. He was very professional, extremely kind, and explained everything in detail while working on my tooth, which made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time.
After the extraction, both the front desk staff and Dr. Shahlaie thoroughly explained all post-op care instructions, gave me extra gauze, and immediately sent my prescription to the pharmacy. I am very happy with this office and the entire staff. This was honestly the best dentist experience I have ever had.
I absolutely LOVE The Smile Lounge! From the moment I walked in, everyone I came in contact with was incredibly professional, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The atmosphere made me feel comfortable right away, and the level of kindness and service I experienced was exceptional. I’m beyond grateful that I was referred here because my experience has been amazing! I highly recommend The Smile Lounge to anyone looking for a place where you truly feel cared for and valued. I had such a great experience at this dental office! The space is always incredibly clean and well-kept, which makes a big difference. I also love the TVs during cleanings—they make the whole visit much more relaxing. The entire staff is so friendly and kind, and they really make you feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Ameri is always wonderful, and my teeth feel amazing every time I leave. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about my experience at smilelounge From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff provided warm and welcoming service that made me feel instantly at ease. Everyone was attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I appreciated how everyone took the time to explain everything clearly, which really eased my anxiety. I’m so glad I found this place!

Had the best experience at Smilelounge. I was seen by Dr. Vicky who was sweet and professional and Nathaly who did the best cleaning on me. Highly recommend this wonderful clinic for anyone looking for dental in Brooklyn, NYC.
