Lovely day out, grounds are beautiful, plenty to see, there is a cafe and also a pizza shop and specialty coffee available. Plenty of parking too.

Beautiful place for a family day out. But just wanted to say a big thank you to all the wonderful, friendly and helpful staff here. Having arrived late, we were kindly still allowed to enter and see some of the beautiful sights. Our mother is elderly and a slow walker, but the staff kindly and patiently let us stay a bit over the closing time. We also enjoyed the lovely dog friendly cafe, with specially assigned tables for people with their furry friends. The lovely member of staff treated our boy to a snack which he greatly appreciated! Also to the staff, I know that Youtuber recently caused a bit of a nuisance recently, flying his drone over, but it was actually his beautiful 4k definition video that flagged up this stunning place for us to visit. The staff and this place deserve the excellent recognition!

Lovely surprise to discover this place, not to be confused with Wentworth Woodhouse - both are worth a visit and are just 15/20 minutes from each other.

Really lovely place for a walk. A couple of choices where to go. Nt staff can provide advice and a map. There is a good playpark and lots of areas for the kids to explore. Cafe and toilets. The folly is great as you can walk up the spiral staircase and see from the top of the tower. Deer are also great to see here.

Nice place to go for a walk round and a castle to explore. There are sheep and deer to see a playground for the kids and a nice cafe too. Nice view over the countryside and lots of seats.

2nd NT I've been to recently after driving over an hour to be turned away at the gate because the car park was full. Thankfully they let me queue in a one in one out fashion for this one which was well organised, but it would be good to have an option to book online. It's getting not worth the risk to travel to any NT properties that aren't local.
