Our 30 odd year old Neff S41 series dishwasher has served us well over the years, spares have been easy to obtain from BHS, in my case, and easy to fit by anyone of average ability. However when the machine recently started to make horrible grinding noises while the main circulating pump was running, I found that spare pumps, although listed by all the normal suppliers, were no longer available. A long internet search eventually led me to SMC Domestic Appliances who had one correct pump remaining in stock at a fair and reasonable price.
The item was dispatched promptly and received within a couple of days, fitted with no difficulty and is now running as well as ever. My thanks to SMC for listing this hard to find component and the fast and efficient dispatch and delivery. I am very happy to recommend this company for their excellent service.

I spoke to a lady over the phone, gave serial number of my condenser tumble dryer. Took photographs of the filter. Within days it arrived by Royal Mail. Very good customer service. Thank you.

I came across this company, when looking for a replacement PCB for a faulty Samsung FridgeFreezer. Using their sites WhatsApp functionality, I sent a picture of my product to confirm compatibility, at which point they went above and beyond to help me diagnose the actual fault on my product, which turns out wasn’t the PCB. Tbh, I’ve been blown away by their support, they’ve offered so much help and advice. So much so that I’ll be buying all spares for all other machines from them as their support is amazing.

S.M.C. We're able to diagnose, locate and deliver the PCB for my Elica Cooker Extractor when nobody else can. From my experience with them, the part arrived within a short time. They requested a snapshot of the part identified it and sent it from stock at a bargain price.
I can certainly recommend that you contact them for any problems and parts needed to repair your appliances.
