It’s been a pleasure working with Dana S. Cirelli to get our law firm website up and running. Kristi Stanbery has helped me understand my KPI's. As I look back to when I did not know my "numbers" I start to wonder how much more successful could I have become if I only knew my numbers 20 years earlier? Update: 7-19-24: Kristi has helped me to focus on KPI's and grow my leads, grow my conversion, and grow my follow ups, which leads to bigger bottom line. I am really impressed with Tommy James. He was new to my account and I was expecting a little lag time before he was up to speed. However, on our first zoom he was 100 percent up to date on my account as if he had been on it for years. In our zoom today he went over my metrics in a very clear and concise manner that was easy to understand. He knows his stuff! Tommy pointed out some old pictures on my google business page and we decided to scrap the old and insert more up to date photos.
I joined SMB a couple of years ago and as a solo running a practice with multiple attorneys across different practice areas - its not easy. SMB provided the insight, support, and guidance both from their staff but also from the national group of attorney that actively share best practices in social groups.
This is in addition to having coaching which affords accountability and outside perspective on best practices for growth AND a world class marketing team that pushes the SMB experience over the top. NINA ACOSTA IS THE BEST COACH I COULD POSSIBLY ASK FOR. She not only provides professional and objective guidance and holds me accountable, but she also is compassionate when I navigate rough circumstances, affords me advice and pushes me forward. Nina has been a consummate professional.
I also have SHERI WINESETT as my new FCOO and she has been fantastic. She holds me accountable and pushes me forward and continuously helps solve problems that we face. It’s been great setting goals and turning them into “to dones”. This has been a missing link for me as a solo and I’m thankful for the support.
