A course which has been designed to guide property investors and minimise their hardships during the investment horizon. Unlike what I initially thought, even Aussie real estate is fraught with notorious and dishonest people - both locals and immigrants. The course equips one with the basic knowledge an investor should be armed with while dealing with this menace and at the same time becomes competent to attend to repairs and renovation in economical, efficient and scientific way.
The course acts as a beacon and it won’t replace how one will need to deal with the people on the ground. But, Jimmy is a kind and pure soul (I know he’s running this for business too) who looks after the members and is available easily and is approachable for any urgent or any other issues

I did Jimmy’s renovation course and found it extremely well structured with a very natural flow of topics. The interviews with experienced tradespeople were practical and insightful. There’s also a WhatsApp community of students and renovators where people share their real experiences — I’ve learned a lot from that too.
