Todd is professional and very knowledgeable. I am so glad we had the home, we were about to buy, inspected by him. Todd was there before I arrived and was there after I left. He takes his job very seriously. The inspection report was extremely thorough. Not only does it list each part of the house and its condition, but also what it means for me in terms ranging from acceptable to dangerous. Within these points were an explanation of what it going on and why. Because of Todd's report, we were able to avoid buying a house that had damage hidden that I couldn't see, which saved us a lot of heart-ache and money.

After lots of of time was spent and very nice. However, I do feel like lots of things were missed. Frig lights out, oven didn’t heat, all outside outlets don’t work,

Todd came and inspected two houses for my fiancé and I. The first house he found a burst pipe under the slab, and when I went under contract on the second home I knew exactly who I wanted to come.
