The owner, Franklin, made the entire process stress-free. Communication was clear and prompt, and they were incredibly easy to work with—no pushy sales tactics, just honest and straightforward advice. They completed the job on time and with high-quality materials, leaving my roof looking great and ensuring everything was done to code. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of roofing services. Not content with work done to my roof.
Would have liked to say that we had the same experience here but not the case. Had several things done wrong and some left undone with roof and trims. Had to also bring to their attention about all the nails left all over front and back yard. They had a lot of material left which was paid by the insurance and was taken with them. One of the workers also mentioned to me they were told that the bottom of the shingles on roof were to be put on one yes and one no to not put all the shingles to skip a sheet as the went along. They were paid and not all was done was on their to-do list. I wish I could have had the same work done as well as said on here by other clients.
Franklin and his team did a great job on replacing my house and shed roofs, as well as changing the gutter. It really brings a new look to the house and it looks amazing. Franklin also helped through the whole process, so it was smooth and it all took less than 3 weeks. I am impressed!

We contacted SmartHomes to redo our roof because we could hear squirrels scratching in the attic and therefore needed to redo the roof quickly. Franklin came over for the inspection and explained the whole process, material choice with me. We asked more questions about the roof ventilation and Franklin was able to help us with that as well. We chose them and the day of the work, while they were working on the roof, there was an incident (mainly due to an issue to the original roof) that affected the ceiling in one room below the attic. They called another crew and were able to fix the ceiling the same day. That was a great relief for us. We think they were very professional and responsive when the emergency occurred. They also cleaned up after the work was done, and were always available to answer questions.
I would definitely recommend them.

From the table sit-down Mr. Franklin was the epitome of knowledge, experience, and professionalism. He had an assortment of samples, manuals, & props that helped me maintain a constant visual understanding of what he was explaining. His crew were there at exactly when they said they would show up. Down to the workers, they were focused, and were there on a mission. After gutting the roof, the perimeter around the house was horrible. But by the time they left, it was like they were never there; incredible actually. So all-in-all... I will never let anyone else come close to my roof other than Smarthomes.

Franklen and his team are very easy to work with. He originally installed our roof back in 2017 and we had him come out to do maintenance. We also needed some interior work done. Everything was done very well and Franklen did a great job in communicating each step of the process. Highly recommend for roofing and interior work!

I am very satisfied with roof. We didn't have good luck with the insurance but the plan payment was very good. I am happy with
