We researched dog boarding providers extensively, prior to committing to leaving our Border Terrier "Daisy" to be looked after whilst we were away for 2 weeks, but you never really know. That said, the proof was certainly in the eating. Small Paws took such great care of Daisy , which we saw in the daily Instagram posts and in the way Daisy behaved and reacted to us when we returned. To be honest, I think if she could speak, she would have opted to stay at Small Paws. Thank you Small Paws team for the wonderfully dedicated, loving and professional manner that you exhibited to look after our four legged family member, Daisy.

Our Ollie is a regular visitor to SmallPaws. They are amazing in both care and communications. Ollie jumps out of the car and runs to the door knowing the fun is about to start. The updates and videos on FB and social media just demonstrates the absolute care given and takes all the worry away from leaving Ollie in their wonderfull care while we travel.

I had a really wonderful experience dropping off and collecting my cats. All staff were so friendly and welcoming. They obviously care about the animals so much and both the cats came home happy and well fed! Booking process was easy. My booking was literally last minute and they did everything to make it smooth and simple to check in and out with great communication. Thank you.

Thank you I can’t thank or highly recommend enough the beautiful ladies at Small Paws. Our six beloved furbabes range in age from three to eighteen years old, and some of them have special needs. My dog is always eager to go to Small Paws. He is usually very reserved but has such a great time there. I can always count on the staff to look after him. It is his home away from home.

Bella Toy Cavoodle just spent 10 days at Small Paws Pet Hotel where she goes quite frequently as it's like a resort for her when we are away.The staff(all Girls)are all fantastic and give your pet a real rewarding time while being excellently cared for.They treat your pet as if it was their own and you can see this on Instagram images they post regularly.I have no hesitation in recommending Small Paws as you will not be disappointed and neither will your pet. Leia and Amber had their biggest holiday at a touch over 3 weeks. I cannot thank the amazing team at Small Paws enough for taking care of my fur kids so incredibly well. Being cocker spaniels of course we had an ear infection flair up whilst I was away. We agreed to a vet consult and I was kept in the loop the whole time. Leia was then diligently given her meds and drops ensuring a fast recovery. These guys understand some dogs need a little extra care, or some are a little more high maintenance than others, and they love and care for them in just the way it’s needed. Thank you team.

A big thank you to the wonderful and friendly staff at Small Paws who took great care of our meows, Mia and Fox. Their double apartments were so warm and cozy in winter and the gardens on the other side was beautiful. They were very happy cats coming home and definitely look forward to another holiday at Small Paws.

Small Paws have been caring for my pets for many years and they are always so kind and professional. Any particular things such as food or health issues are documented and my requests are always followed perfectly. My shy little cat is always loved and cared for and given special time to make her feel secure. My precious senior dog is always happy to be loved at Small Paws too! I am about to take my new puppy for a visit and I know her will absolutely love it. All the girls are dedicated and knowledgeable and I feel my pets are in the best hands.

Excellent facilities and professional , friendly dog handlers and office staff. Have been using Small Paws now for over ten years and couldn’t recommend them enough! We have boarded two of our elderly dogs in the past and they have catered to their requirements so caringly. Our current pocket rocket loves it there. The dog handlers ensure that your dog is safe and is put in with a group of dogs they are getting along with.

Chief, our 8 month year old puppy Cavoodle has just did his first overnight stay at Small Paws and loved it! Last week he did a day to get him used to it but the outcome is wonderful as he is now ready for his 1 week stay while we go away! The Staff are all beautiful and we drive from Annandale as it is the best Small dog hotel NSW has to offer. We speak from experience as our 13 year old Cavoodle Harry, who died this year, stayed here all his life! We love Small Paws and would highly recommend it to all! A special place! Our toy cavoodle, Roxy, recently had her first experience at Small Paws. The website and booking process was seamless and all information communicated was clear and prompt. I have been using Small Paws Pet Hotel for many years. Dax and Milly have just returned from another stay with them. When they arrive, they run in and are genuinely very excited to see all the lovely staff waiting to meet them. They are always treated kindly and with much love. They have lots of things to do and friends to play with. The accommodation and general care is second to none. The staff are truly amazing and care very deeply about all their guests, nothing is too much trouble to them. My dogs always come back happy. They love it so much I’m now going to take them to day care at Small Paws, so they can enjoy the benefits and fun from this wonderful Pet Hotel/Home. I highly recommend Small Paws to anyone that is looking for pawfect accommodation for their precious pets.
