We used Sweet Lemon movers back in March when we moved to a new house in Alameda. It was the best experience we had with movers, ever. From the booking to the day of experience everything was flawless, they even packed some extra boxes of stuff we didn’t have time to get to. The crew was professional, fast and helped us put furniture back together and place it where we wanted it in the house. In addition we had them move things out of our storage unit at the same time and they were fast and efficient. Can’t say enough good things!

I am very disappointed in my experience with Sweet Lemon Movers. While scheduling was easy and movers were kind and fast, they did not resolve damage that was made to our home during the moving process. I understand that damages can happen; however, they did not offer any adequate solution. I notified sweet lemon the day after our move with photos of the damage incurred. They asked if a handyman could stop by, and the answer was no because I left the property/no longer have access. The only response I received was "got it!" With no offering of another solution, such as paying for repairs of the damage. I had to ask what the solution would be, to which they never responded! I am very disappointed in this experience and would not use them again.

Sweet Lemon did an amazing job with my 4 bedroom move from Oakland to Santa Barbara. Hats off to Estuardo, Gerson, and Elton! On loading day, they arrived at 8:06am, right in the 8-8:15am window when they said they would arrive. They loaded the truck super efficiently even though we had multiple beds, dressers, book cases, outdoor dining table, a squat rack, cribs, strollers, and more. They were ready to drive around 12pm. They unloaded at 8am the next day in Santa Barbara and were done in about 5 hours despite the long walk from the truck and up the stairs to our new home. Everything arrived in good condition, furniture was re-assembled nicely and placed where we wanted. Exceptional service from start to finish, and the price was competitive or better than the quotes I got from Pure Moving Company, On Track Moving, Impel Moving, and West Coast Moving. Would absolutely hire again.

Love this company and Issa and his team did an excellent job! Farzi was professional and gave us an estimate and a great team to work with when we called on short notice. Issa and his crew were wonderful, friendly, professional and provided us with an excellent moving experience (sounds funny to say moving was a great experience, since it's usually stressful, but they made our move soooo much easier.) The price was extremely reasonable considering they saved us a lot of time and did all the heavy lifting. I hope not to move again, any time soon, but if I had to, I know that Sweet Lemon movers are available, and I'll be asking for Issa again. I forgot to mention that they packed everything up very well, like it was their own stuff, and moved it with care--which was especially important to me. When someone provides exceptional service, I can't sing their praises enough. Thank you for making our move the least stressful one I've had so far!

We had a large (24 years of accumulated belongings in our 3 bedroom house), long (130 mile/2.5 hour) move, and Sweet Lemon proved to be up to the task. They arrived on time with four guys and a can-do attitude. They were really hard-working and tenacious over a 12-hour workday that entailed a steep driveway, two flights of stairs, and a LOT of driving. No move will be 100% stress-free, and we had a little worry over whether the truck would be big enough for all our stuff (it was, but just barely). Sweet Lemon got the move done in one day and within the estimate provided, and nothing was broken so far as I can tell. Francisco (who led the crew) was the epitome of graciousness. Highly recommend.

I shopped around for quotes that made the most sense of the small amount of things I needed help lugging downstairs of my old apartment and up 3 flights of stairs at my new apartment. The guys worked quickly and efficiently to wrap, pack and load the truck as well as dismount and wrap my TV. So quickly, they got the job done from pickup to destination in less than the 2 hour minimum, which was still so worth paying to get it done and save my back :)

The move process was extremely easy and their crew was great. The preliminary estimate was done via a FaceTime review of my old space, which was extremely accurate. The crew showed up on time for the move, and were very diligent and hard-working throughout the day. The guys really knew what they were doing and were very time-efficient.
