One Sunday evening I was standing in the yard of a home that I really liked. I called the number on the sign (Steve’s) and he answered. I asked when he would be available to show me this home and he replied “ How about now, I can be there in 5 minutes” and he was! ( On a Sunday night!!). He showed me this house and I decided to keep looking. I was cautious at first with trusting a realtor to help me find something because my past experiences with agents always led to the typical “salesperson” stereotype that we all want to avoid. Steve quickly proved that he did not fit this stereotype and won my trust. He helped me find the perfect home and he helped me work the magic I needed to get to the closing table. Long after that closing he and Katrina were always available and happy to help with any questions that helped me settle into a new community. Fast forward to today and I have completed 4 real estate transactions with Steve, in addition to my mother also purchasing a home with him. For each of these transactions, Steve and Katrina went above and beyond to get the transaction completed with my best interests in mind and the least stress possible. We couldn't have had a better experience buying a house than we had with Steve Martin Smith at Slice of Florida Realty!! We were Marylanders looking to purchase a house in Florida. We happened upon Steve when we were interested in the Venice area. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable about that area and gave us such great advice about what to look for in Florida homes. After considering our options, we decided that we wanted to look a little further north in Florida, hitting on Palm Coast. Steve's firm, Slice of Florida, is located in Venice, but Steve made the 225 mile drive up to Palm Coast just to help us.
